Faaron Saunders Outstanding Experience! If you live in Bastrop and need emergency care, Ally Medical is the place to go. After a possible broken ankle from a pickleball injury, we first went to Ascension Seton ER (staff was friendly but lobby was filled with people) and waited over two hours. Frustrated, we decided to leave and headed to Ally Medical—and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. Sonja at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. We were in a room in under ten minutes. Thank you to ER tech Shelby for the quick pain relief, and to X-ray tech Daniel for completing the imaging within 45 minutes. Dr. Hatfield provided a clear medical plan, and we were out the door in under two hours! Nurse Danny was compassionate and thorough, ensuring the ankle was wrapped properly and providing crutches with care. The facility was not only efficient but also considerate—offering coffee and snacks, which was much appreciated since we missed dinner. Eveline Hold Dr. P. Chavez has been my family doctor for many years. He always makes time and goes out of his way to take care of me. Referals for testing and seeing specialists are done quickly. Then later that day left a voicemail message to call her about something she read in the doctor’s notes (she didn’t say what just to call her back). I called her back and now it’s the holidays so no telling how long I’ll have to wait to hear what she wanted to share with me.

alyne ekberg The thing that I like so much about Dr. Jarzombek is he allows input from the patient. It makes it comfortable to ask questions and maybe suggest something other than what he thinks. He is a very good doctor.

I was turned around the first lady that greeted me was extremely kind and pointed me in the right direction. I made it up to the second floor to check in and there was four lovely ladies at the receptionist desk. They all had warm, smiles, friendly conversation, and I enjoyed them being kind with everyone that checked in. My first interaction was with nurse, Olga and she was brilliant. She got to know me a bit as I was a first time patient and she let me know someone would be right with me for the next steps. Aylene Martinez is my primary care provider. What a brilliant lady! She was kind, listen to what was going on with me, and immediately made a plan. She also made me aware of items. I might not be privy to with my age. She went ahead and created a plan to ensure I’ll be the healthiest I can be. I can’t say enough kind things about my experience. If you get an opportunity to interact with his staff, I assure you, you will be more than pleased!

Maggie Barron The place to go for pediatric care! Very friendly and professional staff. Catherine the nurse practitioner is great with the families and is very thorough and patient. They also have community resources in the same building e.g. counseling and Bastrop ISD Family Resource Center. Highly recommend taking your kiddos here!

Melissa Lopez My daughter just started taking my grand babies to this clinic and tbh it has been the worst clinic we have ever been to. The lady that is in the front makes sure that we are there 15 mins before our appointment but she shows up very late and was rude about me asking her how they expected patients to be early but she can not be on time. The lady in the front called my daughter at noon on a Friday ( this clinic closes at noon on Fridays) to confirm an appointment and because my daughter ( has a new born and a 1 yrs old) was not able to pick up the phone call and confirm( the appointment was made just days before) the appointment when she called the lady ( Rebecca) said she was canceling my grand babies appointment to give it to someone who really needs it! Because of how many problems we have had with the front end receptionist my daughter would have really bad anxiety before taking her babies to this clinic.
