4 /5 Joe Garcia: Initially, there was an issue with a couple of workers regarding my mothers care after she was placed in her room. They refused to assist in lifting her head while she was in bed, citing back problems as their reason. I raised my concerns about my mothers care with Nurse Director Megan Serrano, who assured me that she would promptly address the situation, and she did.
Aside from that incident, every care provider we encounteredāfrom registration to the medical staff, dietary, and housekeepingāwas kind, helpful, and attentive to my mothers needs. They ensured that everything went smoothly and was as pleasant as possible. I would like to especially commend Nurse Director Megan Serrano, Dr. Ahmed, and Case Manager Rachelle for their professionalism and knowledge, as they addressed all my questions and concerns in clear, understandable terms.
