1 /5 Erica Caldwell: Arrived at the clinic at 10:40 for an 11:00am appointment for my son. Checked in and then sat in the lobby for an hour. When I asked why other people were being seen before, they informed me that she didnt check us in correctly and that the next available appointment would be at 2pm. I had no choice but to take it and wait. We drove 30 minutes to get here and did not have the time to go back home. We checked back in for the 2pm appointment at 12. 30. We continued to wait in an empty lobby until they called him back at 1:03pm. It is now 2:15pm and I am still sitting in an empty lobby waiting for him to be seen. Having been to the other clinics in the area, this one is substantially sub par in comparison to the customer service we recieved other places. I Understand mistakes happen however the front desk lady was rude and offered no apology , instead told us to go have lunch, while my son sat there with a fever. Not funny at all! If you have the choice do not choose this location. Very bad customer service!!
