5 /5 Teri McKown: I switched to this group recently. The MD I met with was an excellent listener and very thorough in reviewing my medical records. She asked pertinent questions (new patient) and was easy to communicate my wants and needs. The check in was easy and I didnt need to wait. Nor did I need to wait once I was taken to the exam room. The staff was pleasant and respectful. I recommend this Healthcare provider.

1 /5 Kathryn Lucko: Very upsetting that I cannot get an appointment with this clinic after being a patient for 10 years I had an 0800 appointment this morning with The NP only to be told at 0750 am that she called out sick and there is "no where" to reschedule me! Really!! Last year same thing. I am being told to follow up with my surgeon whom I have an appointment in a month with but I was also scheduled for a Scott and White appointment. I already have a Provider but cant ever get SEEN!! Then Jessica with office staff wants to accuse me of Cursing and yelling at her! Lady I didnt CUSS or YELL at you! Pull the CAMERAS! DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! Loyalty as a patient does not Count!! Find someone who can see you and be there for your needs!

5 /5 David Fuson: I absolutely love NP Stephanie. I went the first time from my daughters recommendation. In all my years of seeing doctors, I am (74 ) I have yet to find anyone with such compassion for the patient, also she has a great personality. She listens and answers any questions in a way that is down to earth and easy to understand. I’ve never had to wait over ten minutes to see her. I have found the staff to be pleasant and the office in good order.

2 /5 Katlynn Lamere: I called to set up an appointment with my primary care provider and I got a call back, I missed that call because I was at work. I have since called an additional 4 times, leaving a message with my doctors name, my name, my birthday and my phone number requesting a call back. Hell, I even left the number for my office at work, so if they called me at work I would get it this time. No call backs at all. I dont know whats going on but the fact that I ALWAYS get the voicemail when I call is so frustrating and inconvenient. Even if I call the hospital and get transferred to the office, its the voicemail. Its ridiculous. Its maddening. The only reason I havent given an 1 star rating is because the care I received there was fine before. Dr. Katsuri is a fine doctor, the nurses are fine, the front desk staff are fine. Not amazing, not bad, just fine. Mid tier doctors office. I dont know why all of a sudden its so hard to get a hold of someone there. Hire more front desk staff? Give them a raise so they actually care about answering the phone? Check the freaking voicemails once a day? I dont know, figure it out.

1 /5 TheStoneCold: New to the area and 11 days ago I used their website and created an account, selected a date they offered, did all the electronic paperwork, including e-check in, made an on-line appointment and today at exactly 1 before my appointment they call and say its canceled, the doctor is not taking new patients. I asked for the manager to call me because Ill see any doctor because I need to get prescriptions filled. No call back. This was without a doubt the most horrendous, disgusting customer service I have ever dealt with. Thanks for nothing!
