Akin Durosimi DO NOT GO HERE!! I brought my car here for AC service and a jerking issue. The mechanic said replacing the engine mounts and changing the transmission fluid would fix it. I agreed to $950+ for the engine mount replacement and AC service. (Didn’t discuss transmission fluid cost yet because there was none available at the time). I left car at shop. I needed car for work so I planned to pick up and use for 2 days, then return it to shop for transmission fluid change. At pickup, the jerking had not improved. I told mechanic since I have new engine mounts, I thought the jerking would’ve improved slightly at the least. The mechanic said once I finish the transmission fluid change, the jerking will be resolved. When I finally bought my car in for the transmission fluid change, I was now told by their receptionist it is not a guaranteed fix. I advised them this is not what the mechanic told me and that I wouldn’t be spending money on a trial and error situation. They then refused to do it, claiming it wasn’t guaranteed to fix the problem — something never mentioned before. I feel misled and disappointed by their dishonesty and poor communication. I do not recommend this shop. I also don’t think the shop cares about reviews. I hope nobody else makes the same mistake that I made.

Mayank Saxena No Longer my preferred place. The owner has a temperament of her own. No doubt, this is still the most economical place since they ask you to get your own parts, but communication is such a task without clear diagnosis of the issue.

JDM Engineuity Found a part on car-part listed, I called and was in a huge hurry to work, they had the part out and labeled and ready to go before I walked through the door and even gave me a great price considering it was a bit damaged on the cap. The lady was very nice in person and over the phone.

Cebrina Chandler This place is a family owned business and if they can’t resolve your vehicle issues then it’s time to retire your vehicle. They’re very knowledgeable and professional. I drive 1.0 hours to take my vehicle to them for work. If you have a foreign car, it would be in your best interest to bring it to these guys!

Jose Came in for a brake job and it was done quickly. The whole process was explained thoroughly and honestly. They also performed a complimentary vehicle health inspection at no extra charge. Great service

Madi Angel Best auto shop in town! I needed my windshield replaced, new tires, an oil change, and my check engine light was one. Adrian helped me take care of everything, accommodated my schedule, and talked through everything they were doing for my vehicle! Will totally come back for anything else my car needs and cannot recommend them enough!!

Kirby Nicole missnickkie (missnickkie) Ive had to take my car here a few times as my favorite location has changed their hours of operation and my schedule has changed a lot. I was nervous about trying another auto shop but Kims has been a great experience. The car I drive is basically an unsupported vehicle due to age (07 Eclipse) but they have helped me keep it in good shape AND they have pretty fair pricing. Updates are always thorough and they are always straight up!

Ernest Rivera Excellent Place to get your car fixed, Martin is an very knowledgeable mechanic. I had an issue where my car was making this horrible screeching noise when I would start it. Everyone was saying the was problem was it was air compressor that was bad ($1000+ job), I mean every mechanic on the block had me fooled and come across Martin and he discovers that it was the belt that was too big ($50 job). He fixed my car and that was that. Honesty at its best, Happy Customer!

Jim Redmon Charlie is a great mechanic and as honest as the day is long. When someones truck breaks down it always makes for a difficult day so when it happens to you put your trust in Charlie to get it taken care of!

Shad Breckel Charley is amazing. His response time when my truck went down was less than 30 minutes and the repair was made and I was on my way 90 minutes later. So much better than what I anticipated.

Karen Shrock-Jones I have had a good to mechanic for the last two years. When our serpentine belt failed last week, he came over, but he needed to call in someone else to help. After numerous promises and times we arranged for him come over the next few days, the guy was a no show each time. By Monday night, I was desperate to get the car running after yet another no show. My husband found John on Google. He was only a few blocks from us. Although he was closed up for the night, i sent a long-winded text message explaining our need. To my surprise, John replied, gave us a good price, and offered to come over that night. What a lifesaver! My husband had physical therapy schedule the next day and an appointment the day after with a neurologist for testing that we had to keep. John arrived on time despite the hour and stayed until the job was done working by the light of his head mounted flashlight. My husband was able to take his PT session after having to skip an appointment the previous week, and we made it to the neurology appointment yesterday. He suffers with chronic debilitating pain from back issues. The testing cleared the was for diagnosis and a treatment plan for greatly reducing that pain so that he can live life again. Ive found a new go-to mechanic that I can rely upon. Were retired and on a very limited fixed income. Having someone dependable just a call away to keep our 15 year old car working is a true godsend. Next time we should be able to make reasonable nonemergent arrangements for him to service our 2010 all-paid-for Ford Focus. What a blessing!

Stephanie S John replaced my starter back in September and now I had to get it replaced due to him not putting on the second bolt causing it to mess up, because he does not have the proper equipment. He refused to give the proper information to get it replaced or refunded from O’rileys claiming he bought it from them. He doesn’t take responsibility and is not credible in his work and refused to give me a refund. I would not trust him to work on any part of your car!

Jim Okore Last week, I booked for a Second Opinion (the booking was swift). I then took my Mercedes Benz E300 and they had a look at it. Surprisingly, they took me to where my ride was hoisted and showed me the leak (something the other auto shop refused to do). Out of the 3 that the other shop recommended (cv axles; suspensions; control arm bushings), they only found a major issue with the cv axle! That’s an illustration of great honesty (something some shops don’t have a clue on). Their quote for the cv axle was higher than the one given by the dishonest shop (cheap is expensive), which was not an issue. I’ll revert once ready! Keep it up!

If your budget is tight they offere financing to help everyone out through a hard and stressful time. They are awesome and really awesome people with amazing top tier customer service!!! Modern Roofing Solutions Brought in my 93 year old grandma’s 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback for an A/C issue (warm air on the driver side, slightly cooler but still warm on the passenger side). Dropped the car off at 5:30 PM, and by 8:00 AM the next morning, they had already diagnosed the issue, called me with a quote, and got my approval to start the work. They replaced the faulty part and recharged the system… all by that same morning. It’s been working perfectly ever since. He did such a great job on her car that I brought in my girlfriend’s 2016 Toyota Corolla the very next day for new rotors and brake pads all around. Dropped it off at 3 PM and got a call by 5 PM that it was ready. The brakes felt phenomenal… smooth, responsive, and quiet. I didn’t even have to break them in… and they feel just perfect. Excellent work at a great price. I’m bringing in a 2012 Honda Civic next… I knew the moment I walked in and met him that I could trust him. Our family has a new mechanic now. M D My family and I love this mechanic shop. They are so honest and affordable. We have been going for years, and they tell you like it is, without trying to sell you unnecessary services. As an example, today I took the car in for a road trip inspection. They inspected the vehicle right away, and then told me that no services were needed on the car. They did not charge me one penny for the road trip inspection. They will honestly tell you if work is essential for safety on your vehicle, or if it is just an optional but recommended service. What an honest place. Love this place.

Matthew Awesome place! I had my car towed here through AAA to work on a few issues caused from hitting a curb rather hard. They got me back up and running in just a few days and went out of their way to make the cost as low as possible. Highly recommended!

Ro I found this location on the Internet, of course, and from the very first start of talking to the gentleman over the phone by the name of Mike he was very nice and helpful and told me that I could bring in my car and they would try to figure it out he even offered me to leave my car overnight and drop my keys off in a night box which is amazing because everywhere I’ve tried in Irving said that I could not do that. I tried to also take my vehicle to many locations in Irving and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. I even had some saying it was my transmission, but come to find out. It was only something electrical. Mike was definitely so helpful and told me to bring in the vehicle. He had it for about two days probably would’ve been one had I not had to get a new battery for it because my car had been sitting for a while but he figured out the problem. Got it fixed for a great low price. I feel he is very honest, professional and just amazing. Thank you Mike for your help. I will definitely be bringing my cars here and recommending people to have their car fixed with you overall amazing experience. Thank you again!

Elham Hussein These people are horrible. I took my car in because it was shaking. They corrected a faulty wire for 275 dollars. 2 weeks later my car wouldn’t start. I had a warranty so I took it back. They said they found something new and charged me for parts. Held it for an entire week and I spent another 250 dollars, just for parts. Just got my cat back yesterday evening and now I have a massive oil leak. These people take advantage of women who do not know much about vehicles. They do more damage than good, and they overcharge for parts. Do not recommend, what a stressful and horrible experience.

Southernmocha82 Ive been getting my car serviced with this company for over 20 years. Though the name and location have changed, the quality of service has not! They always provide the best using certified Honda parts and charge a fair price. I dont know what I will do when the owner decides to retire or close. Dian N Our place to get car inspection, oil change and other car repairs. The price is reasonable and the service is good. They don’t try to sell unneeded services. Customers still need to wear mask inside as of May 2022, but they provide free masks if you don’t bring yours.

Shannon Auman We went there yesterday because we need the rear axle checked. He changed the bearins and seals. Charged us $540 drove about 100 miles and parked for the night. Checked before leaving this morning and it was worse than before. We were worried going back would cause more damage so took truck to Ford dealership. They did the same thing today. Replaced the bearins and seals. They charge us $557. So now we are out this money and they will not respond to my request for refund

Lang Nguyen These guys are legit helpful and knowledgeable mechanics. Theyll ask you to bring in your car so you dont waste any money buying parts you dont need because if they can fix it without the part, theyll do it. Sometimes it just takes cleaning a part off to get that fix which can save you money from those expensive dealerships. Definitely recommend this place!
