5 /5 Modern Roofing Solutions: Brought in my 93 year old grandma’s 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback for an A/C issue (warm air on the driver side, slightly cooler but still warm on the passenger side). Dropped the car off at 5:30 PM, and by 8:00 AM the next morning, they had already diagnosed the issue, called me with a quote, and got my approval to start the work. They replaced the faulty part and recharged the system… all by that same morning. It’s been working perfectly ever since. He did such a great job on her car that I brought in my girlfriend’s 2016 Toyota Corolla the very next day for new rotors and brake pads all around. Dropped it off at 3 PM and got a call by 5 PM that it was ready. The brakes felt phenomenal… smooth, responsive, and quiet. I didn’t even have to break them in… and they feel just perfect. Excellent work at a great price. I’m bringing in a 2012 Honda Civic next… I knew the moment I walked in and met him that I could trust him. Our family has a new mechanic now. 5 /5 M D: My family and I love this mechanic shop. They are so honest and affordable. We have been going for years, and they tell you like it is, without trying to sell you unnecessary services. As an example, today I took the car in for a road trip inspection. They inspected the vehicle right away, and then told me that no services were needed on the car. They did not charge me one penny for the road trip inspection. They will honestly tell you if work is essential for safety on your vehicle, or if it is just an optional but recommended service. What an honest place. Love this place.

5 /5 Ghum Shuda: The owner of the place gets 100 stars for being HONEST, a rare trait to find in auto repair industry these days. My car was making squealing sound, he requested me to leave my car overnight and in the morning he would let me know the situation. He had so many options to make money out of me, he could have told me you need a new belt, you need this or that but he said your.car is fixed “ All that needed was tightening the bolts” and charged me bare minimum while other place would have charged $75 only for diagnostic. I assure you he will NEVER over charge, nor would he do something that are not needed. I am not going anywhere else for my vehicle repairing needs for the rest of my life. Thank you for your service.

The owner and his team were incredibly kind and respectful throughout the whole process. 1 /5 Menuka Karki: Rude Behavior – If I Could Give -10 Stars, I Would I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated at this place — especially considering that I’m a regular customer and drove over an hour just to get here. I’ve been coming here for a while, trusting them with my vehicle, but today’s experience with the owner was beyond unacceptable. When I arrived and tried to explain the issue with my car, the owner didn’t even listen properly. He constantly interrupted, didn’t let me finish my sentences, and behaved like he didn’t care what I was saying. Despite being calm and respectful, he started to get angry without any reason. His tone was aggressive and disrespectful, and it felt like he had no patience at all. What shocked me the most was that, even as a loyal customer, I was treated with zero courtesy. There was no appreciation, no professionalism — just frustration and arrogance from the owner’s side. It’s very disappointing when someone you’ve trusted in the past suddenly treats you like your time and concerns don’t matter. Coming from so far away, I expected at least a decent conversation and some respect. Instead, I left feeling upset and disrespected. I will seriously reconsider coming back here again, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic human respect — even if you’re a regular.
