Left it again for another three days. And again, I wasnt called that it was done the next day! I was overcharged and didnt do the work right. Wont come here again.

Debbie Scheps During the migration back to WI.from AZ.yes, we are snowbirds. We had the pleasure of stopping at this Car quest location in Dalhart TX. Not by choice but by circumstances. Both of our truck batteries needed replaced. We didnt have jumper cables. The booster pac we had was expired as well. My husband reluctantly entered the store thinking that it wouldnt have any big batteries for our truck. He was immediately met at the door with a big "HELLO what can we help you with today?" He asked about the batteries, cables, and booster pac. This location had all three. They paid us to recycle the dead batteries also. He was checking out when Joseph said that hed replace the batteries for us. Ceasar asked him what tools he was gonna use and Joseph replied I have some in my car. Joseph went to work replacing the batteries BEFORE Ken finished checking out with the other purchased items. Ceasar also came outside to help. We were back on the road within 35 minutes of stopping there. Neither one of these young men would take a tip stating ITS WHAT WE DO HERE! THIS WORLD definitely needs more Ceasars and Josephs! Christopher Spiesman This place and Adan are awesome my car was overheating they replaced the thermostat the water pump and all the antifreeze plus did it flush of the whole system. The thermostat was acting up even the new one so I ordered an OEM thermostat for my Jeep grand Cherokee 2014 and it works perfect. They didn’t charge me to change it out. I will bring all my mechanical stuff to them!

Angel Lopez Took my truck in for an alignment washed and polished my truck the night before. POLISHED MY FENDERS ALAYS GIVE THEM A LITTLE TUG TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE STILL TIGHT. Drove my semi 82 miles to this location no problems. I leave the place 30 miles down the road fender falls off and run it over. I call them to tell them. Guy who answered told him about, said “he going to talk to the guys who did the work” comes back and tells me they said they didn’t have to mess with the fenders. Don’t see how they were able to do the job with my fenders in the way.. bolts had fresh marks from impact sockets..

Annette Stull Just north of Dalhart we experienced a flat in our fifth wheel. Called the number on the back of my driver’s license and they gave us the name of Heiser tire service. Called them and they were super nice and super quick! Arrived in about 15 minutes and changed our flat super quick. Super grateful!

Kathy Mayeux Frank was amazing. We stopped for gas at 4:45PM traveling through town and our car wouldn’t start. Didn’t seem to be a battery issue, figured it was a starter. Got a tow to Weavers because they were so highly recommended. Didn’t get there until almost 6 PM. Explained to Frank why we thought it was the starter (all electrical systems working, just won’t start) but he heard something in the detail about what we said and knew all we probably needed was a battery. Tested the one we had and he was right. He and my husband ran over to the auto parts store, picked up a new battery, and we were back on the road by 6:45. His wife Judy was super friendly. Offered to drive us to a hotel and pick us up the next day if we had to wait on a starter to come in. And their price was more than reasonable. They honestly didn’t charge enough for their level of service. THANK YOU FRANK AND JUDY. GOD BLESS YOU!!!!

Tania Palivoda Brought a car with a battery issue, car was dying on the road after every 3-5 min , did changed battery it to make it there . They said that nothing wrong with the car charged 150$ for diagnostic, we drove 1 mile away to the gas station and car died again. Keeping telling us that for a month they where checking it every day and driving around and was nothing wrong with that . Check light for generator was on and its there again or still. On the end they said most the price of it was for parking car there . Now we need to pay for parking in Dalhart . Disappointed

Brittany Huizar Put in a used transmission in my truck and didn’t even bother to flush it or anything. Six weeks later there is transmission fluid on the ground and three months later changing the gasket that is completely trashed and there are lots of metal chunks in the pan. He makes you pay for an invoice and good luck getting an itemized receipt. Thought I was getting good work for a good price and instead I got bad work and parts and more of a headache.

I have never been in a position where I had to take a car to have body work done.....So I was unsure on how to go about any of it. Josh at Beecher Body Shop made everything very simple. He answered any questions I had. After he took on the job I didnt have to deal with any insurance issues, he took care of it all. I have to say that Beecher Body Shop turned a stressful situation, into a stress free experience.

Brandon Baecker Absolutely amazing customer service. When my girlfriends vehicle was smashed by an aggressive driver while we were traveling through Dalhart, and 5+ hours from home, Josh went above and beyond to help us out. Despite being closed, he met us at the shop on a Sunday of a holiday weekend to receive the vehicle and key, then took us, my dog, and all of our gear to a local hotel. Hes been extremely communicative and responsive throughout the entire process as we deal with insurance and figure out next steps. I will update my review once everything is completed, but so far I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and assistance that has been provided to us through what was a traumatic and difficult experience.
