1 /5 Cindy Pina: I really wanted to have a good experience with SoCal Auto Shop especially after reading the reviews, but unfortunately, my visit was frustrating. They kept my car for a whole week and were unable to diagnose the issue with my Mercedes. Despite that, I was still charged a diagnostic fee, which was disappointing.
The biggest issue was the lack of communication. They kept telling me they would call me back with updates, but they never did. I had to physically go to the shop just to get any information, only to be told they didn’t have the right tools to diagnose my car. If they didn’t have the proper equipment or knowledge, they should have told me upfront instead of wasting my time and leaving me without a car for a week.
Save yourself the frustration and take your car to a shop that knows how to communicate and has the right tools and expertise.
