Meredith Craig DO NOT RECOMEND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !! MY CAR WAS THERE 3 WEEKS AND NOT FIXED. I initially brought my car into the shop back in January for an AC issue. It was blowing warm air out of the air vent on the driver side and passenger and rear air werent as cold either even on AC. They said it was the evaporator so we let them change it that took that took about a week to do. He said if we have any issues to let him know because the evaporator is under warranty . Everything was good until the end of May it started doing the same thing is was doing in January so we call and they said bring it in first thing in the morning and we will get it looked at so we did he said there were a few cars in front of me that was Monday June 2 Wednesday rolls around and still havent heard anything about what the problem is so we called and he said it was the AC compressor and the Evaporator ( yes the new one) that he would have to order parts and they wouldnt be there until Friday and probably wouldnt get to work on the car again until the following Monday so we picked my car up and then took it back first thing Monday morning June 9th. They changed the evaporator (again) AC compressor and still didnt fix the problem. Then they changed the blend doors as well as the condenser and expansion valve and that still didnt fix the problem so Today July 3rd we picked up my car shelled out more money and my car is still not fixed and on top of all that my cars gas tank was on EMPTY ! They told us we could bring it back in a few days to run some diagnostics on it but I DONT TRUST THEM OR WHAT THEY SAY

Iveth Ramirez This is my first time writing a review and honestly I am very disappointed at Cen-Tex. The guy seem really cool and fantastic at first. He checked the truck and told us the problem. We agreed for him to fixed it and we paid a lot of money. However, he ended leaving the truck with MORE ISSUES. I tried reaching out to him several times morning and evening but we didn’t get a response. We have to pay for towing services. Please be aware people

Aneta Cortez I went to OReillys because my car was acting up. They did a diagnostic test and gave me 3 business cards and suggested Blue as my 1st choice. I drove to his shop and he fixed my car in no time. He was a very friendly, honest and professional man. I kept his card and programmed him in my phone.

Lori Long Blu was a lifesaver. My car was so dead...so dead. He came out, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it within a hour. He charged a fair amount and made sure all was well before we were done. I definitely recommend this gentleman and will certainly call him again if needed

L&V Auto Repair is the best place to go if you want your vehicle serviced and its affordable no complaints. He is a man of his word and done everything exactly like he said he would.

Joshua Roueche Water pump gave out on me on a business trip to Waco. Saw that they were rated high, and decided to give them a shot. Khriz and Victor got me back on the road within 24 hours, and even took care of some noises my truck had been making for months that were completely unrelated. Would highly recommend them for reasonably priced, quick service, and will use them again if in Waco. Great job.

Valerie Dahl Great experience ! Over the Top Mechanics and Staff. Josh handled all of my car repairs. Josh Kept me updated and insured my specific repairs were all completed. They went above and beyond, they inspected and repaired issues that I was unaware of. They got my transmission, and back main seal replaced in 2 days, and the final bill was lower than estimated. The courtesy driver Dale was very prompt and provided great communication for when he would be arriving.

David Duke It’s my first time here at Kish, doing an oil change and tire rotation. Ryan-Service advisor check me in quickly told me my car would be done after lunch, which it was. scheduled a courtesy ride with mr. Dale who was wonderful to talk to. The store was very clean and A very positive environment.

We came in late on a Saturday and Two Amigos stuck around to finish the work so we could get back home in Fort Worth. Richard Murray Less expensive than the bigger, nicer shops in town. Honest evaluation of a vehicles issues and they dont try to sell you services that you didnt ask for. I highly recommend.

John Mattson We brought my senior citizen neighbors Mercedes in for its annual service and inspection that amounted to a close to a $1400 total bill. The next day the low tire light came on and the steel band was showing in picture below...I removed the tire and went back to Advanced Automotive and asked for the owner and showed him the tire, all he said was it was a mistake but no apologies for not doing the inspection and repairs they charged her for.. She drives out to west Texas remote areas and could have had a blowout in the middle of nowhere. We now wonder what else they charge for and do not do.. The owner said he himself did the inspection.. NOT DONE Pretty sad example of how they do service and inspections and miss a clearly obvious defective tire..

Bobby Dash A hidden gem. Dont let the facade fool you. Looks arent great but the mechanics here know their stuff. Worked with Pago. He quickly fixed the issue with the brakes and saved us from a dangerous situation. Highly recommend this place.

Montoya They just change parts without doing a good diagnostic. They told me the truck was ready to pick up i test drove it and had the same problem. i had to fix it myself. They charged 500 bucks and lied to me saying it was all good and ready to go. Now they here lying they have no records of it. I posted this a long time ago they answer like 3 years later No valen pa puros chetos. Nomas cambian partes sin saber hacer buen diagnostico. Me entregaron la camioneta igual. Jonathan Spiess I cannot say enough good things about GTO Auto Service and Daniel. We were in a tough spot when our Porsche broke down during a road trip. Being far from home and without many options, we were so lucky to have found Daniel. He was fantastic at diagnosing the issue and quickly determined what parts were needed. Since it was a European car, he went above and beyond by personally driving all the way to Austin to get the parts to expedite the process. Although the parts took a few days to arrive, Daniel made everything as seamless as possible. We had to rent a car to continue our trip, but Daniel kept us updated every step of the way and ensured that everything was resolved perfectly. No updates, no real explanation, just lies and incompetence. Either they have no idea what they’re doing, or they just don’t care. Probably both. Total scam. Stay far away.

Calvin Miller I had an EXCELLENT experience at Automotive works working with Robert! I came about the shop as I was shopping around for quotes for a repair on a water pump and belt tensioner that another shop in town had diagnosed and quoted. Robert quoted me fairly, got me in and out fast, and was extremely honest and up front about everything. AND, not only was his original quote fair, but he further saved us even more money by not installing unnecessary parts that were already quoted and agreed upon! The car now runs better than it has the past year, and all in all he saved us around 600$ compared to the other quote !! I had a positive experience with my prior shop, but I will without a doubt return to Automotive works for our next repair!!

Tony Carpenter I got referred to this place from a mechanic I know and trust, and he couldnt say enough good things about the owner (Phillip Brown) and the work he and his team does. And boy am I glad I gave them a try! Not only did they do top notch work on my 2008 Mazda CX-9, but the price was more than fair! I will be using Browns from now on and referring my friends and family to them as well. Phill is a nice guy on top of being a great mechanic! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Malory Stallings We came here on a recommendation from our local tire shop for an oil leak on our Chrysler Pacifica. The crew at Elev8te are fairly priced, honest about the necessary work, time it will take, and quick. We’ve lived all over the country, and shops like this are a rare find. They are professional in every sense of the word and I’ll be bringing every vehicle we have to them any time it needs work.

William Biggs Bryan was very helpful and friendly, office was very clean and neat. I went in for an oil change and the pricing was fair. I asked the gentleman doing the work to also take a look at some other things that may be next on my list, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Austin Brown Unfortunately spent 350 without resolution here after being assured that the mechanic was extremely familiar with my car/manufacturer. I brought in my vehicle that was having issues and I was on a road trip. I asked for my car to be brought back to working order and promptly, if possible. I was informed spark plugs seemed to be why the cylinders were misfiring and was told itd be 350 for the service and they could have me out of there in about two hours (waiting for the car to cool and spark plugs to arrive). After "service," the car wasnt starting still, and I was told cylinder 1 had no pressure/compression and there was nothing they could do there, and taking it to the dealership was the best bet. Upon the dealerships service and diagnostic, I learned that cylinder 1 did have compression/pressure and the spark plugs were not related to the issue with the vehicle. And if I were doing spark plugs the price should have been 100-200 at the most from most mechanics. (Not the dealership) All in all I was overcharged for a service not needed to resolve the issue with my vehicle, and had to go elsewhere after a lot of time and money was spent. Update: direct response was "we couldve charged you for more stuff (that we did incorrectly) but didnt and we were working on your car for over 3 hours and dont redline your car" which is not something I did or was doing on this road trip (mpg was 35 when I brought my vehicle in due to me coasting my the whole trip). And car was just sitting there for about 2 hours as it needed to cool down before the spark plugs were to be replaced.

Ronald Vargas I went with no appointment because a temperature light came on. They pulled my car in immediately. It was a little low on water and they pressure checked it and it was fine. I was expecting to pay but that said no charge. Wow. I was treated with kindness and respect the entire time. I would and do recommend them to family and friends. Go see them
