They were very informative, polite, professional, and told me exactly what to expect. I ended up getting my vehicle earlier than promised. What really sealed the deal for me was what followed:
After getting my vehicle back, I noticed I was losing coolant. I retuned to speak with someone regarding the issue. Without hesitation, questions, or being dismissive of my claim, they quickly took my vehicle and began diagnosing for problems! Due to complications, they had to refer me over to my local dealership. They walked me through the entire process, ensured my vehicle was taken care of by my dealership, and covered everything. The root of the problem ended up being very minor and was fixed promptly. We are all subject to human error. But finding a business that stands on professionalism and their promise to fix a wrong is rare. I would recommend Caliber Collision to ANYONE and will be my go to place from now on.
