They arrived on time, fixed the tire quickly, and the technician was super helpful and understanding. Not only did he get me back on the road, but he also gave me a discount and worked with me to make the process smooth. Great customer service and professionalism. Excellent roadside service! Prompt arrival, helpful technician, and great prices with discounts. Highly recommend for truckers in a bind!

1 /5 Victoria Petry: Terrible experience at Greenville Truck and Trailer. The mechanic has a horrible attitude and acts like helping customers is a burden. On top of that, theres barely any space to park, making it a nightmare to get in and out. Theres also no security, which is a huge concern considering all the ongoing construction and damaged equipment lying around. This place is disorganized and unsafe-would not recommend! - Rude Mechanic: The mechanic’s poor attitude was evident from the moment I arrived. Instead of offering help, they were dismissive and unprofessional. - Insufficient Parking: The facility doesn’t have enough space to park safely. This made maneuvering in and out a constant hassle. - Lack of Security: There’s no security presence, which raises serious concerns about the safety of my equipment. - Ongoing Construction: The site is always under construction, which not only disrupts service but has also led to damaged equipment. Overall, I would not recommend Greenville Truck and Trailer based on my experience. The combination of unhelpful staff, inadequate facilities, and safety concerns makes it a very poor choice for anyone in need of reliable truck and trailer services.
