My oil change was a success with all the recommendations offered and it was just a pleasant experience. I had to rerun to get help with putting my plates on and they helped as much as they could, even though the nails had rusted and stripped from me living in Minnesota! Great team! No complaints!

Bob Anstey Had a number of different things fixed on my truck all at once, and it was great and convenient that they were able to get it done in one day. While nobody likes to spend money on auto repairs, I found them quite reasonable, and my old pickup runs better than it has in years. Im very happy with the service, workmanship, and end result. I endorse them, and more importantly, I will go back whenever we need auto repairs in the future.

Travis Allred I was having issues with my old faithful. She started smoking and the belt was making a noise. Took her to this awesome shop and they determined it was a loose heater hose and the belt needed to be changed. I’ve had this vehicle since it had 7 miles on it, and it wouldn’t be in the condition if it’s wasn’t for FAMILY AUTO. AWESOME PEOPLES. LOYALITY AND HOSPITALITY ISNT SEEN THESE DAYS. If you’ve got issues with your vehicle - take it to them. You won’t regret it.

Cindy Kanke I drove in after purchasing a low beam front lamp at an auto parts store and the tech came out and put it in for me at no charge. This was a great service for a returning customer! Family auto is a good place to take your car for great service as I have had in the past.

Joe Banks Jose and his crew do exceptional work. Weve taken our semi to them for years for everything from air leaks to having an inframe engine rebuild done. They are very friendly and honest! We highly recommend them.

Brady Hernandez These guys are awesome! They have done work on the work truck and u have brought my car in a few times since. Quality work, even worked on my buddys truck when we pulled up to pick my car up. Started overheating and fixed it asap for him. They have a nice shop and some awesome lifts! Working from out of town. Wish I had a good home shop like this!

Kendra Phillips My car was taken there by dealership to repair the transmission. I am grateful that they were able to get it done fast. However when I received the vehicle back it would not even crank. I called the shop and made him aware of this he than agreed to look at it again. I took it in after changing the battery and terminals. Told him exactly what it was doing. He had the vehicle for another two days and proceeded to tell me exactly what I told him was wrong with it when I dropped it off. I am now almost a month after the repair still without a vehicle because they messed up the wiring on the vehicle as well as damaged the yaw rate sensor leaving the car without traction. Fast is not always better in this case please find a shop that knows what they are doing when repairing your transmission because USA is not it......

Grant Bowman They tired to say my th400 wasn’t rebuildable, and that it was total junk and wanted me to pay for taking it apart. However I knew it wasn’t in bad condition So I took it to another shop and they laughed and said it was most definitely worth rebuilding. Basically wasted 2 weeks of time on my project truck. i definitely won’t ever be coming back. Epic fail of a transmission shop

Ashley Oxley The store manager, Jay, was the nicest most professional gentleman I have ever been blessed to meet in a stressful situation. Took a look at what we thought was a possible coolant leak, and was extremely thorough in their exam of the car. Brought us both out of the car, and showed us everything was great with our car. I appreciated the fact that he showed my husband and myself everything was good. Took time and explained everything to us both. Highly recommend with always go back.

Patrick Castillo So far I have taken three vehicles there for AC problems, and every time they have diagnosed them and repaired them at a reasonable cost. They were easy to work with, they kept me informed and called me, and my car was ready for pick up. I definitely recommend them.

Russell Catlin About 3 weeks ago I call about my 2021CRV with less than 40000 miles. Ever warning washing off. I was told it could be serviced on 24 March. I told them that I had purchased my car at Living with an extended warranty. Told I would have to wait until 24 March. Drove to the dealership and was treated bad and told to take it to another Honda dealership by someone who said he is the sales manager. Went to Loving Nissan talked to the manager and he sent me to see Trey at Loving Toyota. I told him what happened.I also told him I wanted to talk to the owner of Loving Honda. I got a call from the manager of Loving Nissan later that day. Was told to bring in my car on Monday they checked to out and had to order parts. I took it in on the 30 January. All the warnings warnings were off. To day February 15 when I went to drive my car I tried to use the cruise control and it was not working. I called and left a message for Trey to speak with him about the car if he could give me a call. He never called me. I really want to speak to the owner of all the Loving dealership. I have told 3 managers and still havent been called by the owner.

b Grant Always has been my go to Honda place, but this past visit they 1.) refused to honor my maintenance contract, costing me $100+ more than anticipated, 2.) jammed my glove compartment in the OPEN position and 3.) made it impossible to open my trunk. Points 2 & 3 addressed by my mechanic son-in-law.

Drop Kix Really helped me out of a tough spot. Extensive knowledge on my car. Fixed one problem and fixed another problem i was dealing with for a year with my car. Highly recommended.

Christopher Verhoef My grandpas truck was brought here because the air conditioner went out. We asked for them to find the issue and provide an estimate. The owner, who worked on the truck, came back and said that he had already done the work and it would cost $257 after tax. He said he had replaced the high pressure valve. The ac worked for a few weeks then stopped blowing cold again. We took it back to the same shop since we thought that they might guarantee their work. We asked for an estimate this time as well, but again, no estimate was provided before work was done. This time they performed a dye test, which they didnt do the first time. The test was inconclusive. They said it would be $285 this time, again without any estimate given beforehand, on the same issue they thought they already fixed. When we pushed the issue, they brought the price down to $218 and they said they wouldnt let us have the truck until we paid in cash. They said they would impound the truck and charge fees on top of the labor that we never got an estimate for. The AC issue is still unresolved and undiagnosed. The price wasnt broken down for parts or labor for either visit so there was no way to know if it was a fair price. If we didnt have the money (no estimate beforehand) we wouldnt have a truck and theres no way to know how much we would have been charged. If youre on hard times, Id recommend avoiding this shop as you might lose your car.

EJane Shelton My experiences with We Fix Em have been excellent. The employees, owners are all very courteous. The mechanics were hand picked to insure quality staff. The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The costs were reasonable too. My only problem is that I am a 75yr old handicapped female. There isn’t a sufficient handicapped access regarding parking and then walking into the building. There is a concrete steep( to me) handicap style ramp entrance. My concern regarding falling is my problem. But I’ll make every effort to continue to use We Fix Em. I understand the owners are looking at relocating which - hopefully may address the handicapped and waiting room accommodations issues . They are a 5 star auto repair shop.

I was able to make my weekend trip. And one thing I really like about these guys. They straight forward and honest about whatever the situation is. Most shops always trying to cut corners and make ever excuses about your engine just to make their pockets FAT. Again, I must say quality work..
