We have paid over $9800.00 to them for a motor and NOW they are saying WE ORDERED ALL THESE DEFECTIVE PARTS/MOTOR WHEN IT WAS ORDERED BY TRANZILLA and WE PAID FOR EVERYTHING…WE NEVER ORDERED PARTS/MOTOR… that was TRANZILLA’S JOB!!! I Would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS AUTOMOTIVE PLACE!

5 /5 Lockwood Scoggin Jr.: While stopped to check and reset a low tire light in front of TransZilla while on a road trip to Memphis, my battery light came on. Went in to the office and talked to Adam, they were an hour from closing for the weekend. Adam checked for me and sure enough the alternator had failed. Asked for a quote he stated a fair price and did not take advantage of my situation. The part was not available until Saturday and they are closed Saturday and Sunday. Adam said if we intended to stay in Greenville overnight he would come in on his off day and fix it. We had a wedding to attend in Memphis so the office staff Tia gave us a ride to Enterprise Car Rental. We returned Sunday and Adam had us on our way before lunch Monday. Wonderful people to work with, we highly recommend them.

5 /5 jan cupid musa: My Honda Civic’s underchassis cover fell down while I was on the Interstate, googled auto repair shop and I found this repair shop and was good enough to accommodate me even though he has something he’s working on that he needs to finish by today. He got out of his way to just take the underchassis cover that was hitting the road while i’m driving. I would recommend this auto repair shop if you have any problems with your vehicle. By the way, he did this for free!

5 /5 Angel Poe: Adam replaced a torque converter in my car within 24 hours and called twice to check on it which it was doing great I highly recommend Adam and his crew they are honest and dependable and Tia that works the office is so sweet and kind as well. Theyre also very reasonable just cant say enough a good things about him and His crew they are that great. He even put a Starter in no charge You just dont see other Places doing that. But I am very good with computers and I was very surprised when I received a text with a link to go to a website that showed, in detail, everything wrong with the vehicle and the cost to fix it. I found this particular billing method to be very professional and up with the times. They even provided me with my old parts. I appreciated that very much. TransZilla was super easy to deal with and I will be using them from now on.

Someone let me know that again there is problem personally again. Anyone that cannot afford to return someones couple of grand with dignity and fairness and the desire to treat people the way they want to be treated appears to suffer from something that has caused to them to deceive us... I love used cars and I bought one that I wanted Jerry to do all the it prepares on everybody knows old cars need to know lots of work... I finally just bought a brand new one because I could not get care i paid for and Ill have been also one paying for a replacement part that never happened.... There is one lady that paid them $8000 to replace an engine that they never did. Replace And send it to her anyway.... It is my prayer. That someone can, I can help him because God promises there is no failure and the return of everyone we wrong... Sadly we never dreamt he was a very unkind, unbelievable businessman, that is not able to have respect or dignity... thanks to God in heaven it was just a small amount of a few thousand but that lady that paid eight thousand she got the most able act upon her we all how to witness ... People dont understand that when God returns to us all, we do, it comes at the most elder parts of our days... I have lived long enough to have had witnessed people using elderly people that became poor unable to eat old people.... I hope someone can go ask what help he really needs...

Joey Hooks: Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this place, had my oil changed on a spare vehicle 2 years ago that I have maintained myself since purchase. Was out at Walmart and needed an oil change, figured what could it hurt not getting greasy for once? WRONG! From the moment I arrived the "manager" was already in an argument with the lube tech working on my vehicle. You could cut the tension with a knife, they proceeded to bicker at one another about how "this or that wasnt there job" while Im in my car getting an oil change listening to it all. Fast forward roughly 2 years and my vehicle has had all of roughly 500 miles put on it since oil change. My wife and I decided we would give it to her brother as a graduation gift as it is a spare that rarely gets driven so I proceed to give it a fresh oil change and fresh spark plugs like I have since new. When crawling under the car I saw a hard green translucent line "dripping" from drain plug area. After closer inspection it is evident that my drain plug was COVERED in green loctite and ramed back into oil pan to never be removed again. This service tech took his bad day out on my vehicle and will now cost me thousands in repair as the engine has go be pulled from car to remove and replace oil pan. All while right under the nose of this so called "manager". After calling and speaking to said manager I was lied to multiple times. First being that they did not have loctite on site, then that the vehicle came in with loctite (it did not) so they reapplied it (how if there isnt any on site?). I was given the owner Jeffs other business number and was told to contact him. The owner of this establishment continued lying by saying they did not have loctite on site and basically told me it was past 30 days so I could bring it up there (the car is non-moveable as i cannot remove the existing drain plug to complete oil change) or kick rocks. Absolutely no sympathy for the position his terrible example of a lube service put me in. This man also owns Discount Wheel & Tire - Greenville and happens to be a Deacon at Crosspoint Fellowship - Greenville. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN, THEY WILL COLLECT YOUR MONEY, BREAK YOUR VEHICLE AND TELL YOU IT IS NOT THERE PROBLEM.
