5 /5 Vera Robinson: Exceptional customer service! We had two flat tires on our camper right down the road while traveling east of town on I30. Road side service in the area is slim pickings and ridiculously overpriced, so we hobbled it over to them, and they were able to fit us in the last minute. We have warranties on our tires with them anyway. We replaced all four tires just to be safe for less than a service call wouldve been from the local roadside service companies. (These roads are terrible. There were 4 other cars we saw on the way back to town with flats/ blowouts as well!) Long story short, we recommend this to anyone needing quick, friendly, and efficiently priced tire service!

1 /5 Brittany Reunard: I had been a customer with Discount Tire for almost 20 years, but after the last situation, we will NEVER use them again. Always have my tires roted by them correctly to keep the milage warranty and Road hazards current. Last week on out way home from State Rodeo Finals we narrowly missed a major disaster. The 5 of the 8 lugnuts on the rear dual wheels of our truck had been cross threaded durring the last tire rotation, I had no way of know this at the time but now I do, 3 lugs studs broke off completely and the wheels where literally coming off the truck while pulling our horse trailer with horses in it. Thankfully we were able to get stopped before the wheels fell all the way off. HOWEVER despite 20 years of being loyal customers and having all the records and receipts Discount Tire stated that they are not responsible for the major damages to our vehicle, and refuse to take any responsibility for causing the damage.. If you value your safety and the safety of your family do not trust Discount Tire. They do not care about thier customers safety or the safety of anyone on the road. Replying to Discount Tire is not an option, so Ill edit my response with an update , I did reach out to the manager & claims department directly. They deny any responsibility and refused to even cover the parts or install the new wheels that I was forced to purchase. They took ZERO responsibility and would not assist with the repairs in any way

5 /5 Joe E. Milligan: I chose the best quality Michelin tires available for my 2020 GMC Denali truck. Discount Tire has always been my go to option for tires and service. I have consistently been satisfied with Discount Tire. The only recommendation I have for them is to do away with the $100 up charge. This is probably due to the Traiffs. If it is, they should say so on the invoice. Continue to be transparent with the customer. Otherwise I am a satisfied customer.

1 /5 Skye Prophet: EDIT: They lied to me a few times including, when my tires arrived, how long it would take, and that my vehicle was being worked on. (While I was looking at it sit in the lot untouched.) Made an appointment three days before, got the wrong tire. They called me confirming which one I actually needed but didnt check to see if they had it in stock, so they waited till I showed up before even checking it. After checking they found they needed to order it, (which is why I ordered tired online in the first place) they told me it could be in today withing a few hours. So Im stuck no car, no competence among the workers and plenty of time to wait around killing my phone. All the workers are kind and do their best to give correct information, but are generally going to tell you they ordered the wrong thing and it will be taking 3 times as long as it should.
