ManoGod They changed my oil fairly quickly. They did not check my tires until I had asked them too after they had finished the oil change and had me pay. Didnt check windshield wipers . They kind of skip across the "15 point maintenance check" that they advertise on website, which could be bad for elderly people that dont know what to ask for, or someone that isnt paying attention to them. My oil was right between the lines, I told the girl that I like it a bit higher, due to me having an oil leak. She said it is okay as long as it is between the lines. I say they did okay, but not up to the standards they advertised, being as they did not actually do what they advertised until prompted. Friendly enough though. I give them a fair 3 out of five stars

Melissa Cortez My Promaster van check engine light came on right as I started my cross country journey. They were able to get me in same day and get me back on the road. Tony and Kendra were both very friendly and helpful I would definitely bring my van back if it needed any additional work. Big thanks.

Shannon Davis I went in to get a crack wheel checked. A new on was ordered and it arrived in less then 24 hours they call and got me in at the end of the business day. Advisers and tech were very professional and polite. The did loose the center cap from my wheel after pointing it out they did replace it. Over all very good experience.

darlynn Allen I admit the wait is long but that’s because they are the best place in Big Spring to have your oil changed and all your fluids checked and filled. They do more than just oil changes. Excellent staff. I’ve only used them for both my vehicles for over 10 years. Highly recommend

Kari Jackson The employees at this location were very friendly and extremely professional. We will never take our truck anywhere else. Do not go to Take 5 oil change unless you wanna leave with your vehicle having issues. The team at this Avis Lube are the best in Texas!!!

t b DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Truck was held for 2 1/2 months and got scratches that no one "knew about." The work that was done was horrible and sloppy. Tailgate was not installed properly. My vehicle had been searched as if someone was looking for valuables. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Artur Shahinian The mechanic was not polite, I asked him not to climb into the middle of my truck without gloves, to which he got offended and did not want to talk to me anymore and said that if something does not suit me I can go. I had to have a long conversation with the administrator to explain that it is impossible to get into the middle of that truck with hands that are completely smeared with machine fins. As a result, I barely persuaded them to put on gloves. Very bad service.

David Gonzalez Mechanic guided me into a work bay and did not left the door all the way! Told me to go right left! But not stop until the door damage my roof and never got settlement or fixed ! No insurance adjuster no thing 1 good mechanic named Adam one front worker named Anna! The rest are slow took one guy 4 hrs to put In off road light on my truck! 4 hours Broke a bolt of ac condenser and blame it was ceased!

Very polite & helpful. Cleaned window & checked fluids as courteous included service. Recommend this place in Big Spring, TX close to bowling alley! Very Happy with service. Fast & Friendly!

Patrick McKenzie Had car trouble today as I was returning home from San Antonio. A pulley failed causing the serpentine belt to come loose. Found Mid-Tex Automotive through Google maps, I took a chance with them as they had a good rating. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they were able to find the parts without delay. The repair was quick (about an hour for the problem I had) and the bill was very reasonable. Big kudos to Mike for excellent customer service. I don’t know if I will ever require Mid-Tex service again, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their business.

Melissa Montgomery This is why I will give G and M auto care 5 stars. I was traveling from Albuquerque New Mexico to Big Springs Texas to exchange my step kids for the holiday weekend. Of course my car decided to break down and have some issues. After calling a couple places I was Directed to G and M auto care. I was finally able to get my car here without it being towed. Thank the lord. They ran the diagnostic and determined it was something they werent going to be able to help me with. But they didnt stop there they made sure that they could do anything they could for me by taking me anywhere are making sure that I would be able to get my car towed to the nearest dealership to where my car needed to be fixed. I will forever be thankful for the hospitality And experience during this difficult holiday break. The compassion received was just amazing and more people need to be like that. I thank you for running the business the way that you do and I hope that you have a wounderful Thanksgiving break along with all of your staff. Businesses and owners like this make me miss living in Texas!!!

Karan Singh I called for road service after my truck broke down in Lamesa, TX. The alternator had frozen and caught on fire. Including giving Jim the drivers number, I informed him of the exact situation. Jim went and looked at the truck, about 40 miles from him and told me it was the alternator and there was none in stock. I had him put it on will call at Freightliner in Fort Worth, TX and overnighted it to them, and paid for the alternator. After they received the alternator, I did not hear back from Jim until about 6pm, even after repeated calls and text messages. Jim said he will send a tech that way after we agree to payment. He sent me an invoice for $1700 for road service and installing alternator. I told him it was too much and to please lower it a bit. Then he sent me a revised invoice for 1455, which, still a lot, was a bit better. Jims finished it around 11:50pm and informed me hes done and wants payment. At that time I couldnt get a hold of my driver, as he was in a motel. I told him to start the truck so I can see it on the tracking system. Jim stopped picking up calls and send me a pic of the alternator on the truck and said he needs payment. I told him I cant pay him until I can verify the truck started. Jim did not respond to my calls after that and texted me they will come back in the morning. Jim called me in the morning and asked me to pay them the 1455 we agreed to before he will go out there and informed me he had taken off the alternator and had it in his possession. I informed him to please finish the job and I will be more than happily pay him the agreed upon amount. Jim threaten to tow my truck, file a lien, and bring the police up there to the truck. Jim had taken both of the keys from the driver too. Some of my text messages are posted below where Jim is telling me to go back to where I came from etc. Racists people, would not recommend.

Roynale Beene Called this mechanic shop for services. This guy showed up and never acknowledged himself as the mechanic. He sit for 1 minute pulled off.. Hey Jim, I had no way of know that was you. Mike never told me that he had hired you to do the job. Pickups pull in the truck stops all the time park and go to sleep. I really would have appreciated you introducing yourself by rolling down the window since you dont have any decals to support your business. My brother would have gladly moved if we had know it was the mechanic. Thanks in advance Roynale..

Tyler Clay Couldn’t be happier they worked on my wife’s Tesla after she hit a deer and the other shops in west Texas told us they wouldn’t look at it since it was a Tesla and they went through the hoops with Tesla to get the parts and got my wife back on the road even tho they have never worked on a Tesla

Ellen Walling Amazing customer service! I took my car in for an estimate for an insurance claim and Rigo was so helpful. I was told it would take about 2 weeks to complete the repairs. I received updates every few days without even having to ask. They ran into some issues with previous repairs(done elsewhere) but they fixed it all and kept me updated and still finished my car early. The work looks amazing! Highly recommend this body shop

Donald Doss After two days of searching for someone to work on my Toyota Tundra I gave Motion Tech a call and without even asking a bunch of questions the mechanic - owner says yes we can do the job . It was a tough job which required the mechanic to make a tool from scratch which is almost unheard of . To go out of his way to work on this truck on Saturday late after 8:00 pm and his family even helped out . On top of that this family picked me up at my home and dropped me back off in their personal vehicle . I cannot personally say enough about this family owned and operated business but I can say this ! They have my business as long as I own a vehicle. You cannot beat his prices either

Kurt Bergeron I was broke down with my travel trailer on the highway 1/2 hour west of town. My RV trailer brakes were completely destroyed and so was the tire that had the brakes lock up on it. Daniel made it out there without delay. Cleared the damaged parts and changed out the spare. This was after hours, so there were no parts available for a complete rebuild on my brakes. He allowed me to stay in my RV on his property overnight so that he could make repairs first thing in the morning. By the time I was up and about in the morning, he had the parts and was ready to make repairs. After repairs were complete, he had my hook everything up with my trailer and test the brakes to my satisfaction. Being stuck a long way from home is no fun but Daniel and his friendly workers (and pets) made it a while lot better.

Mr. Shaft Good customer service, quick service and reasonable costs. They even replaced my tire in the rain. Their modern payment options was a plus.

Tino J Took my Toyota van to get a tune-up. We dropped it off in the morning and he had it ready by 4:30pm in the same day. I think the price was pretty reasonable for the job done and I was very very satisfied with the results. When I drove off, it drive so smooth and I almost thought I was in a new car. Richard is a wonderful mechanic, very honest, and does a wonderful job taking care of your vehicle.

Fabion located many things that the other shop missed. He and Chad quickly fixed the issues missed by the other Ford shop. AMAZING customer service very friendly. Rodney Rochon I was traveling through the area and my vehicle needed an oil change. It was very important to be done since I’m towing a 43 ft RV. I called on Thursday afternoon and was given an appointment for Friday morning I was greeted by Sheryl who was great. The service was done by Alphonso. When he was done he explained everything that was done and what the next service should include. This was great service at a fair and reasonable price When in the area again and need service I will return

Teresa Morado Big Spring Truck and trailer repair really came through for us. We were stranded at a rest area overnight due to an axle going out on our trailer, and we gave them a call. they sent an amazing technician who not only got the job done, he gave us a ride to the nearest convenient store to use their restroom and get food due to restrooms being out of service at rest area!!! Not to mention their prices were very fair and reasonable considering the weather was bad. Cant say enough about this company! Thank you for helping us get back on the road and home safely...
