5 /5 Donald Doss: After two days of searching for someone to work on my Toyota Tundra I gave Motion Tech a call and without even asking a bunch of questions the mechanic - owner says yes we can do the job . It was a tough job which required the mechanic to make a tool from scratch which is almost unheard of . To go out of his way to work on this truck on Saturday late after 8:00 pm and his family even helped out . On top of that this family picked me up at my home and dropped me back off in their personal vehicle . I cannot personally say enough about this family owned and operated business but I can say this ! They have my business as long as I own a vehicle. You cannot beat his prices either

5 /5 Kurt Bergeron: I was broke down with my travel trailer on the highway 1/2 hour west of town. My RV trailer brakes were completely destroyed and so was the tire that had the brakes lock up on it. Daniel made it out there without delay. Cleared the damaged parts and changed out the spare. This was after hours, so there were no parts available for a complete rebuild on my brakes. He allowed me to stay in my RV on his property overnight so that he could make repairs first thing in the morning. By the time I was up and about in the morning, he had the parts and was ready to make repairs. After repairs were complete, he had my hook everything up with my trailer and test the brakes to my satisfaction. Being stuck a long way from home is no fun but Daniel and his friendly workers (and pets) made it a while lot better.

No towing vehicles in any company around Big springs TX cause they went on feeding frenzy connected to TX floods around Forth Worth TX and Dallas area . Daniel is the only one mechanic to actually disconnect broken truck from trail without tow truck!!!! Wow !

1 /5 Mason Capistran: In April 2023, we had an International semi towed to Motion after losing the reverse gear. We told them to order and install a reman 10-speed, and it took them a ridiculous 3.5 months to even find and install the transmission. They insisted on an upfront deposit for both the transmission and labor later — not typical, but whatever. Once they finally got the transmission in, we sent our employee to pick it up. When they did, there were random bolts scattered all over the cab and the work was a complete mess. The morning my driver was set to leave, he pointed out how awful the transmission sounded on the top side, so we brought it back for Motion to process a warranty claim. Following up on this was an absolute nightmare. I had to chase them down twice a week for 5 months. At this point, everyone at Motion knew me by name and phone number (I’m from Minnesota). They got so fed up they stopped answering my calls, forcing me to use other people’s phones just to get any response. Almost a year later, we finally get the truck back — and the work was still subpar. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism from this shop is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t trust these clowns to find water if they fell out of a boat. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want your equipment ruined by amateurs.

5 /5 Laura: Daniel is awesome! My car had been broke down for 6 days. We couldnt fix it, so started looking for mechanics. A couple that we found never even showed up after saying they would. Being new to the area, we really do not know many people. I wish we would have found Daniel first! He fixed it in no time at all, his prices are fair, he is very nice, and he does his job well. I would recommend him and Motion Tech over anyone!
