5 /5 Toni Moore: Great service! Car window wouldnt roll up. Mike called around & found the parts for my 2014 van. They fixed my van on a Saturday. Very good communication for pricing & time. Very polite & helpful. Cleaned window & checked fluids as courteous included service. Recommend this place in Big Spring, TX close to bowling alley! Very Happy with service. Fast & Friendly!

5 /5 Patrick McKenzie: Had car trouble today as I was returning home from San Antonio. A pulley failed causing the serpentine belt to come loose. Found Mid-Tex Automotive through Google maps, I took a chance with them as they had a good rating. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they were able to find the parts without delay. The repair was quick (about an hour for the problem I had) and the bill was very reasonable. Big kudos to Mike for excellent customer service. I don’t know if I will ever require Mid-Tex service again, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their business.

5 /5 Stephanie Flowers: Pulled off I-20 with a flat tire and rolled into Mid-Texs parking lot. Mike came out and immediately offered to help us switch it out for our spare. Brought out his jack and did all the work, refusing payment and accepting only our thanks. He made what couldve been a major issue simply a minor inconvenience. And he took most of the inconvenience on his own shoulders! Very impressed with him and it speaks highly of the shop. If were ever back through this way we will search them out if we have any needs.

5 /5 Katherine Childress: Midtex is the only shop I’ll use in Big spring Tx, their team is incredibly professional while also being very personable and Respectful of their clients time, they are efficient, quick, and honest. Mike was very informative and we were kept informed about exactly what was happening, as well as being extremely kind throughout our entire experience. Genuinely trusting a shop is hard, but your vehicle is in the best hands at Midtex. So shout out to Mike and everyone else who helped along the way, the work done in this shop is worth the very reasonable price, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work done.
