G & M Auto Care - Big Spring (TX)

5 /5 Melissa Montgomery: This is why I will give G and M auto care 5 stars. I was traveling from Albuquerque New Mexico to Big Springs Texas to exchange my step kids for the holiday weekend. Of course my car decided to break down and have some issues. After calling a couple places I was Directed to G and M auto care. I was finally able to get my car here without it being towed. Thank the lord. They ran the diagnostic and determined it was something they werent going to be able to help me with. But they didnt stop there they made sure that they could do anything they could for me by taking me anywhere are making sure that I would be able to get my car towed to the nearest dealership to where my car needed to be fixed. I will forever be thankful for the hospitality And experience during this difficult holiday break. The compassion received was just amazing and more people need to be like that. I thank you for running the business the way that you do and I hope that you have a wounderful Thanksgiving break along with all of your staff. Businesses and owners like this make me miss living in Texas!!!

5 /5 Eddie Lozano: Highly recommend!!! Brad was so helpful. He made everything possible to have my truck looked at and fixed while being booked with appointments and i was in town for work. Great customer service! If your vehicle breaks down when coming to Big Spring, these are the guys you call.

5 /5 Durell Twitty: We didn’t even use this shop to repair our car, but he was very nice and allowed me to take the time and call another tow. As well as was kind enough to allow my family to sit inside out of the heat while I wait for the tow provider. He even gave me a tip on who coop possibly repair my vehicle very speedily and that was the best tip of all. Thank you George for your kindness and understanding. Based on listening to how he felt with customers and his own employees I can tell he is a great guy and will do his best to get you back rolling. He really helped us get out of a bad nightmare day

1 /5 Griselda Reyes: What a RACIST person, he refused service to my cousin, he told me " I am not interested due to language barrier ", I SPEAK ENGLISH,,, YOU ARE TALKING TO ME, IN ENGLISH..... I understand you can refuse service, but dont be such an ...... racist. Good thing, we know now where NOT TO TAKE OUR FLEET TRUCKS TO. And, of course DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
