5 /5 Ellen Walling: Amazing customer service! I took my car in for an estimate for an insurance claim and Rigo was so helpful. I was told it would take about 2 weeks to complete the repairs. I received updates every few days without even having to ask. They ran into some issues with previous repairs(done elsewhere) but they fixed it all and kept me updated and still finished my car early. The work looks amazing! Highly recommend this body shop

5 /5 S. Quinn Henning: I took my car to CrossRoads Collision Center and couldn’t be happier with the service and work I received. I picked my car up today with it looking even better than before. they even washed and vacuumed my car and gave it a quick wipe down. Hands down the easiest repair experience I’ve ever had, and probably ever will have. Reasonably price, fast, and great service.

2 /5 Mike Neel: Took over 2 months to get back. All for a fuel line and front quarter panel. And I still had to take it incomplete as our other vehicles air compressor went out and we need at least one running vehicle. Took a hit to my vehicles total value for incomplete work done unless I get someone else to finish it but I had no other option. Edit: they let me reschedule a day to come in and complete their work. They finished the final part today sameday which really makes up for the length of time my vehicle took. All in all theyre courteous and friendly and the work done is high quality. Just plan on needing a rental or another vehicle for 1/4th of the year lol. I took my vehicle in on July 4th weekend and its complete today September 4th. 3 months. For minimal blowout damage and a fuel line. Like I said good quality. Just dont bring your daily driver if its the only vehicle you have. This is more of a leisure vehicle shop where you can comfortably leave your vehicle in storage for a quarter of the year and not worry about daily errands or going to work.
