Alejandro Rivera My AC in my truck started acting up and I took my truck in. The people were very helpful. They called me later that evening and told me what was needed and the price. With all the horrible stories you hear out there I felt like they were very fair. I was planning to change out my thermostat but went ahead and asked them to change it for me and again was very surprised with the pricing!! I will continue to come here and I will be letting everyone know about this place if they have issues with their vehicle. Keep up the great work and thanks again!!

Frank G The worst possible car repair shop in the area. I dropped off my vehicle for a simple A/C repair that required compressor replacement, resistor replacement and a/c control module. Everything took 6 weeks for them to tell me my warranty wouldnt cover after they changed a resistor. 6 weeks of a rental car out of my pocket!!! Receptionist is completely unprofessional, never returns phone calls as she promises or gives any updates. Ive had to show up to this business and make contacts on multiple occasions. Im behind $1500 with an inoperable A/C still. Receptionist, communication, management and repair technicians are all questionable BAYTOWN BEWARE!!!!!! I would pay 200% elsewhere.

Michelle Tatmon Took my car to this shop based on good reviews. Sad to say the good service they offer is not offered to “everyone”. My bumper was removed and broken in the process to replace my radiator and they zip tied it back together and never mentioned the damage that was done. They also charged for a parts and labor that was obviously not completed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Brian Just left this shop. Let me begin by saying Ken runs a good and HONEST mechanic shop. He explained the issue, the cost based on if it can be fixed the easy way or the hard way. He kept his word and I got the price I was quoted. My dipstick funnel had broken in the pan of my Ram 1500 and its not a easy fix. This shop does most engine and vehicle repairs. You can bring your own parts, NO WARRANTY which is fair! Most mechanics uncharge you on parts, so they dont let you bring your own. In fairness just accept it isnt warranty, and you are getting a better price. This location is honest and fair. Most mechanics honestly arent. This place is deserving of business when your vehicle needs care.

Ninfa Gonzalez We took my sons 2015 Fiat Abarth 500 for repairs due to the Check Engine Light being on. He was able to detect the problem with the engine and even though he did not have the tools to repair it he ended buying them to complete the repair. My son passed away so getting his car fixed was a MUST !! Santiago keeps us updated as he was doing the repairs and went out of his was to help us on the cost. I highly recommend this auto shop and we will continue to take him our other vehicles for any repairs. Thank you Santiago and your crew for taking such good care of my sons car !!

Cyril Williams Do not take your vehicle here for repairs!! He quoted my daughter $1500 to repair her ac. Said it needed a new compressor and other misc items. Took the vehicle to another mechanic and he charged it with freon. Total cost was$30. Been blowing cold air ever since. Santiago is a dishonest mechanic and will try to rip you off!!

Dave Buenrostro Late to review got my 19 RAV4 serviced for a failed electric pump replacement. These guys were so quick to replace the part and service and called back so fast on price and greenlight to get it done. No funny business. Happy to go to them again with future services

Ray Metzger II Fantastic garage & super friendly!!! Had a quick fix needed on a tight timeline. I cold-called the shop, within 15 minutes I arrived it was up on a lift. Fixed the issue quickly!!! Great price too!!! The experience all together was awesome, I felt the need to tip!!!

John Doe Put the wrong size tire on my car after we had a conversation about it. They also didnt do anything to look at my tires when i said they had a leak, they just put air in them. This place is a joke

La Tonia Gonzalez Richard is the best! Every time, my husband and I go we always get great service. The mechanics explains everything and finds the best way to assist us.

Cully I recently took my truck to Baytown Ford because I thought I needed new brakes and rotors. After inspecting everything, they let me know that my brakes and rotors were actually in great shape and didn’t need to be replaced. They could have easily just done the work and charged me for it, but instead, they were upfront and honest about what was really going on. I was really impressed with their communication and integrity throughout the process. It’s rare to find a service department that takes the time to explain things and puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work. Highly recommend Baytown Ford!

CynthiaGabriela Zarazua Excellent service, I had issues with the transmission on my Ford F150. It took a while but I was kept in the loop of all the process and Ms. Amber was very polite and understanding. I even got a loaner from them while my vehicle was being serviced. I had a different issue and took it back to them and they were very efficient and helpful.

Katelyn Sherwin Franks did an amazing job on my 2025 Trailblazer. I was rear ended by an 18-wheeler, and Franks was prompt and precise on repairing my suv. I want to give a shout out to Ms. Mari and Mr Jason. They went over and beyond in communicating with me and taking care of my car.

Matthew Vanis I just wanted to give a special shout out to Rudy Banda. I take all of my vehicles to Franks because of him and yet again he did not disappoint with how quickly I got the car back and how beautiful it looked, it looks pretty horrible when I sent it off on a flatbed. I can’t state how much I appreciate this man and his team enough.

Elizabeth Powers Mano is the best mechanic is Baytown! Hes fixed so many things on my old cars theres too much to list but once its fix, they never break down again!

Richard Tunstall Mano is an excellent mechanic. Hes always polite. Hes fair in pricing, always straightforward. I trust him based on my many experiences in which he took care of my car problems. Hes a great troubleshooter, and thats one of the reasons I am a repeat customer.

Ricki Rowell We trusted Larrys Automotive until now we left our vehicle with him overnight so that he could service the vehicle and give us an estimate on repairs. We got a phone call this morning stating that our vehicle had been broken into, and someone had attempted to steal it, ripping open the steering column and destroying the ignition switch. Larrys Automotive has cameras inside his garage and in the back lot, no cameras out front, and he refuses to financially help with any of the damage done to our vehicle while it was in his care. All we requested is that he pay our insurance deductible because we shouldnt be responsible for paying it when it wasnt our negligence, but he continues to decline assisting us with that. Our insurance has told us that they are going to attempt to get reimbursed by the "responsible party" for this claim.

jtaylor2615 I’ve been going here for years and this is the only place I will take my vehicle. This is the first honest mechanic I’ve dealt with. He fixes what needs fixed and doesn’t try to talk you into a bunch of service that isn’t needed. Fair priced and I never had any issues with the work he has done.

josh bermudez I did not have a good experience with this shop…. I was extremely overcharged for the parts and service not the mention he started the repairs without notifying me beforehand . After 1000$ dollars and getting my car back the issue was not only not fixed but actually much louder and much worse..the son of the owner told me it was safe to drive as I travel for work and I was out of money so couldn’t have more work done to it. After a two hour drive the transmission started to show signs of significant damage and when I called him he was being short and seemed annoyed and stated that it wasn’t his fault but that he had already been looking for a transmission for my car…. Leaving me to believe that be purposely hadn’t told me it was the transmission that needed fixing from the beginning. He did repairs for the engine mounts and told me the parts were 300 which was untrue and couldn’t show me receipts and almost 700$ for labor! I believe he knew the transmission was going bad and made unnecessary repairs to basically scam me out of more money. After the 1000$ Repair I couldn’t afford a transmission which cost me my job. To be clear I believe the the actual owner of this shop is very honest and that he doesn’t conduct business the was his son did with me. Also the car started leaking coolant and oil which I believe was from the transmission which it never leaked fluids before. And when I looked for the cause of the coolant leak It was poorly fixed with some sort of silicone which also wasn’t like that before. Take your car somewhere else

The man at the counter was approachable and very knowledgeable and helped me pick out an awesome set of tires within minutes and was able to get them in and mounted the same day. I love the tires and will definitely be continuing doing business here.

Trent Fox Gilbert is a scummy and scammy guy. The tech Didnt install the front passenger CV axle correctly. Lied about how long it took to complete all the work. Still charged for 5+ hours of labor. I see a lot of 5 stars for oil changes, yall should probably just stick to that.

Pedro Garcia I highly recommend this shop, they took in my car when others turned me away and told me I had to return it to the dealer. He really looked throughly and found the issue and when I got it back and it continued to turn off. I took it back and he continued to look and found out the piece he had changed was defective. Very good work and reliable services

Kori Kincade Has had my car for a week and won’t answer phone calls so at this point I’m pretty sure they scrapped and sold my car. Don’t bother coming here again. And more stuff was broken the FIRST time I got it back then when I turned it to get fixed.

Juan Z I have recommended this place to many friends and family members because it was recommended to me, but what a joke. I dropped my car off at 9am. At 1pm I got a call stating wat was wrong with my vehicle and the cost to repair it. The cost of the labor was just as much as the part being replaced(over $200). I called around and others quoted me way less. I decided to take my vehicle else where. They told me my vehicle would be ready for pickup in 1 hr. 3½ hrs later it was still not ready. Smh... I have a habit of always checking my vehicles when I pick them up from a shop. Glad I did, because the radiator hose clap wasnt placed back on. No water in the radiator or reservoir. And my vehicle was full of oil/grease all on the inside( on the visor, all over the steering wheel, on the door and on the floor mat) No Respect for peoples vehicles. Safe yourself the headache. Dont bring your vehicle here

Samuel Plata They seemed Knowledgeable but couldnt help me. They did Refer me to someone that could. I would Recommend them. (Revisit Edit) Changed to a Three from 5. Research what your Car needs and have an Idea before getting a Quote here. I have Prior Mechanical Experience and The Mechanic there had no clue what I needed and seemed to be making things up with a quote twice as high as previous mechanic. Be Informed if you choose to request an estimate from this Shop.

Mike Garcia I brought my truck in to get the codes read because my check engine light was on. a few sensers were bad, jason changed out the censors and changed my spark plugs for a fair price using quality products. Quality work was done and i believe these guys are aiming for quality and want to build a good reputation. Thanks

Chris Stilwell Tim and staff were terrific. My wif and I had engine trouble on a Friday around mid-day in our 2022 motorhome. We called several places and a few of them referred us to ODaniels. Im glad they did, Tim immediately said to come by. He and his staff started a diagnosis as soon as we arrived. By late afternoon the problem was discovered and parts were ordered. Unfortunately for us it was Friday and parts couldnt arrive until Monday. Tim kindly hooked us up to water and electric to stay the weekend without too much additional trip interruption. We made the best of it and toured the local Baytown parks and art district and Galveston which was a 45 drive away. We finally departed on Tuesday morning after the repair was made late Monday. So far its has been running well....fingers crossed. Thanks for the kindness and hospitality.

catherine maher We called on Sunday afternoon and spoke to Tim. We were there the next morning. We had drive shaft repairs needed. They told us it could take a week, between getting parts made and then installed. We were there only 5 days. Tim, Toni and his staff were so professional and helpful. We highly recommend them for your RV repairs.
