Josiah QUINTANA went there to get A alignment done on my Vehicle ,I was there for almost 2 hours and they came back with the paperwork and said they weren’t able to align it properly that I went in there with a -2.2and I walked out with a -2.1. I just feel like if they weren’t able to do a proper alignment they should’ve never did it at all. They still charged me $140. They should’ve just said I’m sorry we can’t do it and charge me for a diagnostics. I called numerous of places that do alignments and they told me that they always check prior to Doing the alignment just so the situation won’t happen right here and to top that while I was waiting there was employees arguing at the front desk about who What’s going to help the customer in front of them? I felt very bad for the customer.

JESSE Travels So, picture this: I drive 10+ hours from the warm, salty-aired bliss of the Coastal Bend to the cold, wind-whipped, red-dirt wasteland of North Texas. Not just any drive—no, sir. My heater core busted before I left, so I had to bypass it, turning my Tahoe into a rolling deep freezer for the trip. I roll into Borger at 3:30 AM with my bones practically iced over, check into the Royal Inn (review coming soon, don’t worry), and catch maybe an hour of sleep before dragging myself out to Phillips 66 at 5 AM to get my badge.
And then... BAM. A scaffold nail straight-up assassinates my tire.
Now, I’d planned to swap it with my spare, but guess what? The release cable for the spare was stuck like it was welded in place by the ghost of a pissed-off mechanic. After an hour of cursing, kicking, and questioning my life choices, I tapped out and called Harvey’s Tire Shop & Repair.
These guys? Absolute legends.
Within 8 minutes—yes, EIGHT MINUTES—a guy pulls up, tools in hand, ready to handle business. He fought that spare tire release like a champ, got it loose (without it taking an hour like it did me), then threw it on for me like a pit crew member at Daytona. I followed him back to the shop, where they swapped out my dead tire faster than I could finish my gas station coffee.
Staff? Friendly.
Owner? Respected by everyone in the shop.
Price? $140 for roadside assistance + tire change? That’s a damn steal.
And guess what? This was just the beginning of my car troubles in Borger. If you want to know what happened next, check out my review of Hops Auto Repair in Borger, TX.
But for ANY tire problems in Borger? Call Harvey’s. They’ll get you back on the road faster than North Texas weather flips from summer to winter in a day.
