June Boucher I recently visited this location It is my regular location for an oil change on my vehicles. In the recent visit, my debit card did not seem to work and the owner requested cash, which we were able to do. A few days later, it was noted that the debit transaction did go through. I contacted the owner and took in documentation of the bank transaction as well as my receipt for cash. The owner was very hospitable and courteous. She investigated the situation, and made a return call confirming from her end that the transaction had ended up going through. The funds were quickly returned to my debit card. I also recommend this location for fast service, meaning there are minimal delays in receiving an oil change. I have visited OTHER oil change locations in Alice where I would wait 20-30 minutes in the vehicle for an attendant to address my need and finally would leave without service.

Melissa Galindo This place lacks more technicians,there was a car in front of me that nobody was working on for over 15 minutes(which one oil change could of already been done!) it was just parked in the lift.Ive always liked coming here but on this day I drove off bcuz they were taking forever which they never have!Step it up guys!

Goran Vidovic Tire blew while having a loaded van. Reached out to my insurance and Alice tire gave me a call and arrived within 45min. I went on google maps to see how far the shop is and it was exactly 45min. Really have with how quick they arrived and took care of the problem within 10min, thank you guys so much!

Paige Black Used tire here cost me 50$, which was steep, but we were desperate. It was kind of frustrating that only the receptionist and a kid there spoke English, but I managed.. It would be nice if they had AT LEAST one mechanic on site who could give an effective translation.. but overall the service we received was quick and efficient. They recommended a great shop down the road and collectively they got us on the road again.

I am really impressed at how knowledgeable these mechanics are with finding the diagnostic and fixing only what needs to be fixed. They did not try to guess at what needed to be repaired in my vehicle like most auto mechanics do, try to fix something in a vehicle that isnt broken. Only to take your cash. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need your vehicle checked and repaired.

Amador Dominguez My family has always taken our vehicles here for any issue, small or large. This is the only shop in Alice I trust to be treated fairly with no BS or shady lies. The owner and his employees are polite and most importantly HONEST about what work needs to be done. I recently took a 2003 F350, which hadn’t been started in years. A’s Automotive gave it a once over and replaced only the components they felt needed for a safe startup to mitigate lubrication issues. They take great pride in their work and definitely look out for the customer’s best interest. I am proud to say I stand by this shop 100% and will continue as long as they’re open. I drop my vehicles off knowing when I get the call for what needs to be replaced, there’s an honest person on the other end of the phone and not just someone out to take my money. If I could give extra stars for previous work I would. *add two thumbs up*

jujubeanz31 This place is Garbage I went there today to get a state inspection. Talked to some guy in the office asked if they did inspections, he said NO go to coyote lube,firestone, or pueblo. No reason as to why they don’t do them maybe (system down or guys out to lunch) nope just horrible communication skills. Anyone can clearly see the inspection sign up front when you pull in smh. I was recommended here by a friend but will never come back here PERIOD!!!!

He saved my car from bursting into flames so i can only say good things. The owner was very knowledgeable and you can tell he likes his craft.
