5 /5 Cully: I recently took my truck to Baytown Ford because I thought I needed new brakes and rotors. After inspecting everything, they let me know that my brakes and rotors were actually in great shape and didn’t need to be replaced. They could have easily just done the work and charged me for it, but instead, they were upfront and honest about what was really going on. I was really impressed with their communication and integrity throughout the process. It’s rare to find a service department that takes the time to explain things and puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work. Highly recommend Baytown Ford!

It took a while but I was kept in the loop of all the process and Ms. Amber was very polite and understanding. I even got a loaner from them while my vehicle was being serviced. I had a different issue and took it back to them and they were very efficient and helpful.

2 /5 Tim Stone: I was told to bring the car in on Friday so they could get it in on Monday to do an inspection on the repairs. The vehicle was not brought in until Thursday afternoon for inspection. A bed was sent over Friday afternoon via text and approved Monday morning, and the vehicle was completed One day short of four weeks. The service writer communication needs improvement. I would not work with the writer that I was set up with in the beginning ever again. I give high marks to the workmanship on the vehicle, but the dealership needs improvement on customer service and customer communication. All communication through throughout the four months was initiated by myself, not the dealership.

1 /5 gerardo serrano: Been having my car for a week now and Im still having issues. My coolant is still draining fast. I had to refill it every 2 days or even less I dont know what they did but they still didnt really fix the issue. Even if this machine hears my review. Im still not going to get any response so I might as well take legal actions. Anybody know a lawyer?

1 /5 CRC 8610: Consistently poor quailty of repairs and customer service. I reluctantly took my vehicle back to their service center for front rotor, brake and axel repairs. I even requested to speak with the service manager to ask her to please be involved with my repairs as Ive had bad experiences there before. When I received my quote for repairs it was ~$5k. Some of the cost of parts seems unusually high so I contacted Randall Reed Ford in Humble... my preferred dealership. Ten of the 12 parts quoted were $90-$150 more EACH at Baytown. When I asked them why I was told, let me see if we can get you a best price. BEST PRICE??? The final quote was almost $2k less. I guess there are their prices and best prices for those who know to ask for them?? Very disappointing. This service center has had quality and leadership issues for years. I hate it because they are so close to where I live but will definitely only use RR Ford in Humble moving forward.
