1 /5 Ricki Rowell: We trusted Larrys Automotive until now we left our vehicle with him overnight so that he could service the vehicle and give us an estimate on repairs. We got a phone call this morning stating that our vehicle had been broken into, and someone had attempted to steal it, ripping open the steering column and destroying the ignition switch. Larrys Automotive has cameras inside his garage and in the back lot, no cameras out front, and he refuses to financially help with any of the damage done to our vehicle while it was in his care. All we requested is that he pay our insurance deductible because we shouldnt be responsible for paying it when it wasnt our negligence, but he continues to decline assisting us with that. Our insurance has told us that they are going to attempt to get reimbursed by the "responsible party" for this claim.
