3 /5 DJ Brown: For the most part, the shop did what they had in the estimate for the work on my 2007 duramax. They were a few things that they charged me for and that I also specifically asked for, that they did not do or communicate with me on the reasons why Ex. (Asked and was billed for a 5” exhausted and got a 4”, asked for all fluids to be flushed and replace but did not do the transfer case, front CV shafts were replaced but the 4wd actuator was never re-programmed to work correctly so I did that myself) Ultimately minor things in my eyes, but the fact that we paid for work that wasn’t done, and the fact I live 10hrs away makes it hard for me to let them correct. Should have been done right the first time being they had the truck for a month.
