John Rutledge These guys went above and beyond to get my truck back on the road. I have mostly aftermarket race parts from the engine to the fuel tank. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the proper parts, and get it installed properly. Although Ive never met them, because my truck had to be towed there, they stayed in contact with me, got it right and quick. I appreciate yalls hard work and quick turnaround. If youre vehicle ever breaks down in the lakes area and your needing repairs, I highly suggest getting your vehicle to them. Thank yall.

Jay Taylor My experiences with Mr. Havard have been great! He offers great service at a great price. He works on virtually every type of car including my 2002 S500 Mercedes. He is fair and honest. He is definitely one of the best mechanics in the area. I would highly recommend him!

Rosa Garcia DO NOT GO THERE! Not very happy with this mechanic. He will change things and not let you know until he has changed them and charge you. He seems like the friendliest man, but somehow charges you for extras you dont ask. I took my car in because I was told he was honest. He tried to charge me DOUBLE the price on the parts. Said he had to call in extra people to get an opinion on the repair, so the labor was almost $300. The repair shop is called Joses Auto Repair. If you dont know about car repair...DO NOT GO TO HIM! I am not happy with this mechanics service. He will charge you for things you didnt ask for. He does extra work and doesnt tell you how much it will cost beforehand. He seems friendly, but he adds things he shouldnt do and then charges you for them. I was told he was honest. He tried to charge me DOUBLE the cost of several parts. He told me he had to call more people to check my car, not just himself. If you dont know how to repair cars, dont go to him! The business is called Joes Auto Repair.

Whitley Curry If I could put zero stars that would be better. This is the most unprofessional business owner I have EVER met. I would not recommend anyone to do business with someone who yells at women for accidentally parking in his spot. I accidentally parked in this business owner’s spot and was treated very poorly by him today. He blocked me in, slammed the door to his truck, screamed and cussed at me. As a woman, I felt very threatened by his actions. His unprofessional attitude is a poor reflection on his business and his work. I will not be using him for my mechanical needs.

Jacob Shoffitt I don’t know what grudge he has about the cdl school next door but when I pulled up to see how much he’d charge to work on my trucks a/c I seen a sign on his bay door talking trash about them. Very unprofessional looking and if he’s like that about another business then I def don’t want him working on my stuff. I just turned around and left.

Angela Spencer In order to show the courtesy, professionalism, empathy, and loyalty that I continue to experience from Loving Nissan, I have to start from 2016. In 2016, my mother suffered a stroke and had to participate in inpatient rehab at a local nursing facility. Unbeknownst to me, did i know that I would meet a young lady who would offer me the BEST REFERRAL FOR VEHICLE SERVICE. Maria works with Loving Nissan in the service dept. Just as she was when I met her in 2016, courteous, patient, understanding and always greets you with a smile; she was the same in 2022. I relocated to Texas from Maryland in 2022. I was very pleased with my service team.with Nissan and wanted to find the same in Lufkin and I must admit that I have. Steve is exceptional. He is upfront and honest and has open communication. I can see that his character traits are also seen in others in his department. This month, I met with Jaycn, who also exhibited professional courtesy and knowledge of my needs. I can see that he possesses the skills needed for future Leadership roles. The technician assigned to my most reent encounter is Kyle. Kyle is simply the best. He explained every issue to me and even offered alternatives or options available. The fact that he took the time to "do a ridealong with me" speaks volumes. He too was honest and advised that my car is aging and is facing more repairs in the future. I appreciate his candid and direct approach, even with a smile. Last but not least is the GM of the Service Department. Allen leads by example. He sets the tone and always has an.open door for his customers. I have witnessed him acknowledging customers by name. Allen initiates a genuine relationship with the customer and that speaks of his character. I know that this a detailed response, but to effectively share about how my most recent encounter with Loving Nissan. It was necessary. I would highly recommend Loving Nissan to others. Professional, courteous, empathetic, knowledgeable and relational are key values and characteristics that I have found with this organization. To think that it all started with my encounter with Maria in 2016, who referred me in 2022 and with Steve, Jaycn, Kyle and Allen who continues today. Thank you Loving Nissan for all that you do!

Jessica Olivarez Mr. Kirkland is an HONEST, and fair mechanic. He does not inflate his prices even when he knows other businesses are charging much more for the same service. He has always gotten my car in and out without keeping it for very long. The last time, I needed to continue driving my car until he could get to it, and he allowed me to schedule a day to bring it in and he had it ready that day. In the past Ive had to drop off my vehicle at a different mechanic and it would be days before they even looked at it. I recommend Kirkland to anyone. Theres no surprises added to your bill. He does a great job and dont charge you an arm and a leg for it. He is an Honest, fair mechanic with years of experience. You wont regret taking your vehicle here.

bob stuerke Matt did a great job for us. Our ball joint broke causing our wheel to come off. He came to Trinity and towed it back to his shop in Lufkin. He completed all the repairs at the price he quoted within the time he quoted. He did a great job for us. Its great to find an honest competent mechanic. We highly recommend Scotts Mobile Service.

Jin Jung I recently had my vehicle serviced at Scotts mobile service. I had them replace the lower ball joint, rotors, and brake pads on all four wheels, and everything was done perfectly. Matthew was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issues with my car and the repairs needed. The prices were very fair, and I appreciated the transparent communication throughout the process. He even provided helpful advice on maintaining my vehicle in the future.

Bobby Pruitt The place was very difficult to get into. Was WAY over priced for an oil change. This particular location has no idea how to be busy, which is the goal of EVERY BUSINESS! I was thoroughly disappointed as this once was a Quik Kar Lube and was run much more efficiently. If I hadnt been in the bind I was in, I wouldnt have done my business there.

Megan Dunn Called for a quote and the individual who answered the phone did not greet himself and told me I was not allowed at that shop. Very rude and unprofessional. Just needed a quote on an oil change, thats all. Will not send anyone there.

Charlie Jackson I called and talked to Patrick about getting my Toyota Tacoma repaired. He was very friendly and did it on a timely manner. If I ever need a dent repaired again I will use S&W Expert Collision Repair.

Cat N Panda Only been twice.. good work,and good people.. but when 12:30 comes around, the all go to lunch.. I understand lunch, but all they had to do was put the part on and I could go.. 10 min max.. but nope.. if I dropped the car off, that would be one thing.. but sat there waiting the whole time. Aside from the lunch thing.. I recommend these people. Fair price, and great knowledge. I just wouldent come around 12-1.
