We called your local business because of its high ratings. After discussing the problem for several minutes, the person on the phone asked where we were from. We were then told they had to focus on their local business today and couldn’t help us. Where was the Southern hospitality!?!?! We’re from the South, from Texas, another small town in Texas… The impression we were left with is you didn’t want to help an outsider. You could have just said you were too busy from the start!

They were so kind and friendly, called a tow truck for us (who didn’t even charge us, bless him!) and got our car fixed and had us safely on the road as quickly as possible. They triple checked the car and test drove it repeatedly until they were sure it was just right, let us bring our dogs in to wait, and treated us with such kindness. demia ashley I was traveling with my toddler from MS to CA and suddenly my car completely cut off a little bit past Paris. I was very afraid, we were on the side of a busy road with many 18 wheelers and heavy rain. A nice couple pulled over and helped us troubleshoot as much as they could but when we couldn’t get it to work, they contacted a tow truck and helped us get to Precision Automotive and Transmission and they were amazing. Mrs. Susan made sure my baby and I were transported to our hotel room for the night while my car was being fixed and she also picked us up the next morning and took us back to the shop. Everyone made us feel safe and assured everything was going to be taken care of! This situation has been almost a month ago and my car is better than ever. I was very afraid, traveling thousands of miles across the country with just me and my toddler with the fear of something going wrong, but in the midst, this shop and everyone there made our experience safe and great. They took care of us and I am more than grateful! I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area and outside! They are great people with great customer service and great business!

Eternal Heretic Car looks as tho there has been some animal in it likely a cat, Smell of Urine and hole chewed in seat. All they can say is clean it and itll be fine. Not to mention glass left in the car where kids will be! Never GO HERE!

Edith M Very quick work, same day pick up! My only issue with it is the rubber seal that goes on the bottom of the windshield was under the glass. It was one small area, so my husband pulled it out, hence why it is wavey looking. If you look at the rubber seal on the left, youll see how it should lay down. Im hoping after a while it will lay down completely. And, the side pieces, I dont know if theyre supposed to be like that or not, I just dont remember them like that before. Shouldnt the rubber seal be...sealed with glue, silicone, etc? Or should I be able to lift the rubber at all? Ill see if its leaks after it rains and find out I suppose...
