Dan Da Dan Very fast, I failed a inspection in Dallas for my 3rd brake light and the technician came out and asked me if I did the test locally since it was working so I wouldnt have to pay the $7 fee. Very fast, helpful and thoughtful. 5/5

Brie Dodson My late father always used Shelby’s for inspections, so we did the same. I liked how we were treated there, and felt comfortable. I liked how they dealt with us. So later, when some problems developed with “Miss Blue,” we took her there. We were very pleased with everything about that rather complicated series of repairs. We felt that Josh Cook, the general manager, was very straightforward about the issues at hand, and he also did some nice things that would later help highlight potential issues he saw. We also appreciated Sonyas telling us, without our even having to ask, that the repairs were guaranteed, and that Shelbys keeps its own records so we wouldnt have to worry about bringing in paperwork. One thing I really liked was that Josh started out by offering us options that would save us money. I ended up asking for more expensive solutions that worked better for me overall. That was my choice, and we have been very happy with the results. I felt like Josh was looking out for us the whole time. Today, however, takes the cake (with extra frosting). We brought Miss Blue back to Shelbys, as she hadn’t been feeling well. Turned out she didn’t need some things we feared she might. A less scrupulous business might have just replaced those things regardless, given our concern. Shelby’s explained that they were fine, no replacement needed. But Miss Blue did need a somewhat involved repair for another issue we had noted. It would be costly enough that we had some decisions to make and thinking to do. Sonya worked with me very patiently to answer my questions and concerns, and then Josh took the time to explain the problem in detail and go over my options. He then took even more time offline to research cost estimates for each of them. I felt good about how straightforward he was in explaining the problem in terms I could understand, and then outlining my options in an equally straightforward fashion. We chose an option that left me feeling good. I want to say that it is really nice to know that there is a service center we can trust unequivocally. They have always done right by us. I do trust Shelbys, and I would recommend that anyone with a car problem have them diagnose it first.

Jillian Houghton We have a triple axle Coach with a Detroit diesel engine and leaving the campground in Texarkana we were leaking coolant and lost power! I called Shavers and Kenneth came to the Dollar General parking lot (where we coasted in) and replaced the hose that had ruptured and got us back on the road quickly. Kenneth was so nice and knew what he was doing. Our Coach is very expensive and complex to tow and Shavers saved us from having to do that! We only wished we had more time in Texarkana so that Shavers could fix some other issues we’ve been dealing with. A++++ service! Many thanks Shavers!!

Jim Had Kenneth to perform repairs on my diesel work truck. Work was done in a timely manor. He is very knowledgeable and trouble shoots quickly ,Kenneth even went out of his way to get me home.

James Friend The 3DD Automotive was very thorough and complete. They went over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb and found everything that was wrong. They have my business for as long as I live. They’re all so very polite and quick at doing the job

David Edwards These guys are the absolute best! I WILL NOT take my vehicle to another shop. As soon as the vehicle gets pulled in, there is a detailed file made on it. It lets you know in detail what it needs. The support team this place has is top notch! Not only do they do and amazing efficient job but they are the nicest most helpful bunch Ive delt with! I had picked my truck up and drove it down the road and my blower motor went out on my A/C, took it back and they diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. I love this shop, very clean, very professional, and very quick! Thank you 3DD for taking care of me!

Dee Wright We were on our way back to Western, KY from Dallas Texas after moving our daughter out there. On a Saturday afternoon we broke down and called this place. Not only did he just happen to be there, he and his lovely wife took time out of their Saturday to fix our Ford Truck. Not only did he fix it right then, he didn’t charge us, and he took time away from his time with his family to help get us home safely. Top notch human being right there.

Lesley Markham Dan is always great at letting me know what the problem is on my car how much its going to cost hes quick to let you know if hes backed up or if he can get it ready for you quickly. Dan is honest and very reasonable! I have referred him to friends and family and they all agree hes just as I said he was!!!

Charity Harris Mr Rico is an amazing!! I accidentally found this angel when I was in need of an amazing mechanic. His work ethic is nothing short of amazing. He has reasonable prices. He’s very honest. Really hard to come across that now a days. If you need a mechanic for anything, hit him up!

Hayden “Thumb” I have 1990 c1500 I’ve had idling issues and needed the brakes bleed. I have them all the time they need to do it and I got it back a couple weeks later the truck runs better than it never has before and the brake feel amazing. I would 1000% recommend this mechanic shop.

Valeria Burks, DDS Great, prompt service. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and got it back repaired Thursday. They couldn’t replicate the noise it was making and instead of dismissing my concerns, they kept it and drove it around until they could. Very good about calling to keep me updated on my car’s status. Thank you! This is me adding another review a year later. Mr. Tim is still great. My mom put diesel in her car and Mr. Pate came to our rescue again. I thought she had totaled her car, but he was able to flush it all out and repair it. Thanks again!

Jada Clark JEERS JEERS JEERS to J&R Automotive . I called to see how much a front end alignment would be and over the phone I was told “front end alignment is $100, but if we look and see more work needs to be done it may be higher.” I arrived and was told to wait while they look to see what needed to done . He then came back and told me a WHOLE list of things which totaled out to be 2.687.70. I told him I didn’t have that today and can I just have the paper so I can get it done slowly over time . “Bear” then told me your total is “$100.” I asked him “for what, i didn’t get anything done .If I would’ve knew that from the beginning I would’ve never got it checked out here at all.” Even if there is a fee to just look I should’ve been told from the beginning and it definitely shouldn’t be $100. Don’t come here unless you want to be ripped off before there’s anything even done to your vehicle.I hate to leave this bad review because I love their used tire shop, just not this branch .

Trent Hebig I gave them my car to put new motor in and transmission and rear end they had my car for a straight year blew the motor they built and tried to give me a junkyard motor...mind u my car had a brand new paint job on it they scratched it all to hell.... be aware dont take your car here

Hypno Pooper We were travel from Houston to MO and had a panel come loose on our car below the engine. Custom Car Care was 3 miles away. They fixed us up with a bolt to reattach the panel to the car. Customer service was top notch. And they took care of us with smiles and a 30 minute detour. Highly recommend this shop as they were so kind to help us out on our trip.

Brian Schreefer I have not had work done here since I live in South Texas however the phone call I made the other day was very helpful regarding my safety inspection. Unfortunately I dont remember the ladies name but since I drive Long Haul and my car is in Chicago and I was in Charlotte North Carolina I told her that I was trying to get to a location this weekend when she told me that I could possibly get away from her. This is to say thank you because that waiver was very successful

Kerri Walker Holly in the service department has been a life saver!! She has addressed all our issues on our 2023 Jayco seismic that we bought from them and we paid lots for the extended warranty she has went above and beyond making sure we weren’t out of any more money. Jeff This place had been recommended to me several times, but this was my first time here. My dealership said I needed new brakes all around my car. The price was pretty high, so I decided to shop around. Auto Tech gave me a good quote, so I took my car there. They did the job and the price was even lower because they didnt have to do all four brakes. They gave me a ride home and picked me up. Im very happy with the service.

Marina Nelson Hall Ran out of gas on the freeway 2 exits from Texarkana found out the fuel pump was toast. Glen was amazing and had the best price out of every other tow company in the area. He towed our truck and hauled our camper with our two kids and dog. He got to us within 45-an hour which is a quick turnaround for any company. Great customer service and communication. So grateful for him and his team pray I never need a tow again near Texas but if I do this the first guy I’d call.
