5 /5 bob stuerke: Matt did a great job for us. Our ball joint broke causing our wheel to come off. He came to Trinity and towed it back to his shop in Lufkin. He completed all the repairs at the price he quoted within the time he quoted. He did a great job for us. Its great to find an honest competent mechanic. We highly recommend Scotts Mobile Service.

5 /5 Jin Jung: I recently had my vehicle serviced at Scotts mobile service. I had them replace the lower ball joint, rotors, and brake pads on all four wheels, and everything was done perfectly. Matthew was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issues with my car and the repairs needed. The prices were very fair, and I appreciated the transparent communication throughout the process. He even provided helpful advice on maintaining my vehicle in the future.

5 /5 Jared Hendren: Radiator cracked in Nacogdoches during a road trip during Thanksgiving break. Found Matt, he informed me he was closing soon and doesn’t service Nacogdoches but due to it being Thanksgiving break he would work on my truck in his personal shop to get me going same-day. Long story short, he did and was hospitable as well in letting my girlfriend and dog hang out in his shop with his propane heater. Had us on our way same-day when no other mechanics would even stay open to do so much as take a look. Not from here but if I ever find myself in trouble this way again Scott’s will be the first place I call.

1 /5 Rosalind Humphrey: Called him on a Tuesday because I needed a new battery. He checked it out , said he couldn’t change the battery because the sensor was bad. He left all the parts in the middle of my driveway , left to order the part and wouldn’t answer his phone beginning the next day. After sending him a text to please let us know if he found the part he sent us a very smart text saying he ordered it and it would be in Thursday evening. Never heard from him again. Friday I called him twice and after I finally got him… guess what he said? I’m looking for the part he said! I thought u had it. Anyway long story short. I ordered my own part got in in the next day ( today) told him yesterday that I need him to put the battery on since he’s already been paid the 77.00 for it. Guess what? No answer. So my son is now doing the work he got paid for. NEVER again!!!!!! Nor would I EVER recommend. Unprofessional to the max

5 /5 Randall Odom: Excellent. We needed a starter replaced on our Toyota after hours, he came right over and repair was done in less than an hour, with a lifetime warranty on the part. Saved us a lot of money for towing the car to a shop or waiting 2-3 weeks for an appointment at any local repair shop. Reasonable pricing. Very knowledgeable.
