Zach Brown Als Auto Repair diagnosed a complicated / rare issue in our Toyota Sienna recently. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue (this was something most mechanics would not have been able to find given the rarity of the repair), track down and order the proper brand new Toyota factory part from a dealer across the country, do extensive labor to get to the required damaged part, and replace it with a brand new functioning part. They were very fast considering the complexity of the repair and their pricing was fair and honest. Ill be sure to recommend Als to local friends / family. great place to do business! Thanks Als!

I feel like we found the needle in the haystack with Knapp Auto. Robert and his team worked tirelessly to help us troubleshoot a recurring issue with our vintage Jeep TJ. Robert always made himself available and was so attentive. He went above and beyond to help us get resolution to the electrical issue the Jeep was experiencing. I honestly cannot say enough about this business and they have a customer for life.

Gianna Pauletto This is hands-down the best car shop in Dallas. Fair, honest, and run by wholeheartedly kind individuals who work hard, serve well, and even make you laugh along the way. Robert is as real as it gets—no BS, just genuine care and transparency. As a female college student from out of state who knows next to nothing about cars, I know I could easily be taken advantage of by other mechanics—but not at Knapp. I felt respected, informed, and truly cared for. Nick Sweeting These guys were super professional, fast, and friendly! I came in on a road trip with my 2016 Dodge RAM ProMaster 2500 and they diagnosed and fixed an issue with my transmission on the spot. They were experienced with these vans and knew exactly what the issue was just from looking at the bottom, and they helped me out same-day! They even did a quick temporary fix for my headlight that had a broken part, and didnt charge me extra for it. While waiting, I learned theyve owned the shop for 25+ yr and work on a wide variety of vehicles in the area, old/new, big/small. Id definitely go here again if Im in the area.

Alec Kirklen I had a charging systems issue on my Armada. They ran diagnostic tests and quoted me the cost early that day. The bill was exactly as quoted. And I noticed that they fixed some missing bolts I had in the splash guard under the front bumper, probably quick and easy, but its the thought that counts.

Mrs Bakes Cakes I’m blown away by the quality of service and integrity of the gentleman at this shop. They have taken care of two family cars now and have gone above and beyond for us. Marcos, who manages this shop is a fantastic person and I don’t say that lightly. Thank you again for everything!

William R# Im just going to DITTO another review. I feel the same way: Javier and his team are the absolute best! He is the most honest mechanic in Dallas, and he can fix anything at a fair price! They can diagnosis and repair anything mechanical (engine, power windows/steering, air conditioning, radiator, etc.), and they are quick to repair!

Bill B I am editing this review due to a more in depth diagnostic of the car DID indicate that it also needs a water pump. They were a bit more expensive than my normal shop, but they are competent and provided the correct information. Thanks. I bought a car at auction for my daughter because her transmission had gone out. One the way home, it started overheating. I looked for a highly rated mechanic nearby and we ended up here at Fuentes. There was a $120 diagnostic fee that does not go toward any repairs that are made. I paid it and a man there told me that he would call me the next day with the repair estimate. He called and quoted $1,100 (plus) for a water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt. Since I could not afford this, I told him not to do the work and I would come pick it up. Thankfully, I have AAA towing and got it towed back to my home town. I took it to my normal mechanic who I have used for years and he checked the car. Originally, he did not find a problem with the water pump, but a closer inspection revealed it needed to be replaced.

Brian Wright Great business to work with. Customer service is friendly and will break down all details of the quote to you if you have any questions. They helped me with a new drive train for my 96 Bronco. Not a business that will rebuild major components if thats what youre looking for, they do offer high quality Jasper components though which have a great warranty.

Emma McSpaden Jerry saved the day for me. They did such a thorough job, I felt so taken care of. I also felt they were honest with me. For example, my dealership had let me know I should think about getting my brake pads replaced soon and he let me know I didn’t need those yet. I highly recommend.

Steven Purdy Richard has always been straightforward and honest with any of our vehicles needing or not needing service. We just had our timing chain serviced...having that peace of mind that we wont have to worry about it for another 200K is a great feeling. While they were in there, he also replaced the water pump, oil and filter along with brakes serviced as well. Truck feels great...very happy with their service.

LoLee M Ive taken my Volvo S60 sedan to be serviced at Taylor twice and I am very pleased with the work! Ethan is the consummate professional thinking of everything to make my experience smooth and pleasant. His crew is very capable and my car is running well. Recently I dropped in with a coolant leak and they were able to fit me in right then and address it. Ethan kindly drove me to get a rental car and even waited while I got my car. Im thrilled and relieved to have found a quality auto repair shop so I dont have to rely so heavily on Crest dealership. Coco Ledesma After reading some reviews I had to think of how I wanted to write my review. As a customer we, I always expect the best. But unfortunately is not that way always. Why? Because where there is more that one person involved amd different responsibilities is hard to expect 100% satisfaction. My experience this time at This dealership was exceptional. Before calling this dealership I got an almost $900 quote for the same exact tires. I called Tristan and he got me a GREAT deal, so yes I was taken care. Now we now days are in a rush to get everything with in minutes, but I rather have some spend time on my vehicle fixing it and be safe on the road, than rush them and not be sure that I will be safe on the road. Thank you I will be going back.

Kimberly Reynolds Awful experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone. Terrible communication, I called with no answer so I left a voicemail with no call back after a week so I had my dad call and again no answer. Never returned my voicemail or multiple calls for an update on the car. It got to the point I thought my car was stolen or I was being ripped off by how long it was taking/ reading all the reviews and not having the same experience with the communication. My car (brand new only 11 months driven) came back with scratches that weren’t there when I dropped it off and paint missing that was supposed to be fixed. My sunroof had to be replaced and now makes a weird sound when you open/close it, which wasn’t an issue before. The hood of my car isn’t aligned, one side has a wider opening than the other, which wasn’t an issue when I dropped it off either. Overall the worst experience I’ve had with a body shop.

Kelly Smith Jason’s replaced my windshield and mistakenly chipped it and then replaced it a week later with a new windshield they were upfront with the damage and quickly had a replacement to put it I definitely recommend Jason’s for your auto body needs
