I was so happy they are also licensed to provide warranty service on my new car as well. They are always friendly, efficient and caring. Will never try and sell parts for profit. They’re keepers!

Judy Peterson When the Ford dealership refused to work on my 1965 Mustang I took it to Belden’s Automotive in Boerne. Because it is an antique car it had several things that needed fixing. They have always done outstanding work for me. And they have great customer service.

WhoDat Brice They did a great job on the repairs to the vehicle. The whole process of getting an estimate to getting the work completed was very easy. I even got the car back a day early. I highly recommend Joe Hudson’s Collision Center.

Years later I had an unrelated issue and stopped by to get Rodneys advice...he was very knowledgeable and helpful...it was a pleasure doing business with them!

Richard Sanchez I had a terrible experience with Js Auto Shop and Mobile Mechanic that resulted in several more issues and a major safety hazard to my car. I strongly do not recommend their services. First, they removed my carburetor and installed one of their own, despite me explicitly telling them before they took my car that I did NOT want a new carburetor. This resulted in several issues as a result of disassembly, reassembly, and tampering. Second, they tampered with my electric choke and force-bypassed it with a zip tie, making it completely non-functional. The choke is broken now after removing the zip-tie. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Third, they lost my air filter housing gasket, did not advise me, and refused to replace it. Lastly, when installing a fuel shutoff valve, they cut my fuel line at an unnecessary spot and and reinstalled it incorrectly—the line is now barely holding onto the fuel filter barb, which is a major safety hazard. This kind of careless and negligent work is unacceptable. Instead of fixing my car, they introduced more problems, ignored my instructions, and compromised my vehicle’s safety. Avoid this shop at all costs!

Tony Cisneros Joe at J’s Auto Shop was amazing. He gave me a clean quote and stuck to it. Joe takes all the fluff, and the cost of the fluff, out of auto repair. I’ve been to all the shops around here, which are mostly franchises, and they are all overpriced and lacking in customer service. Joe made the process and easy. It’s hard to find a mechanic who isn’t trying to take your money… Joe is the honest mechanic and business owner we needed in the Boerne/Fair Oaks Area. I recommend this place all day and I’ll definitely be coming back.

A Ras These sad crooks have made it a habit to steal money from people, racists and discriminative practices are the standard there, I have been aggravated by their service staff to the point where it warrants this review. Take your money and run! There’s multiple dodge dealers in a 20 mile radio is! Your money is safe pretty much anywhere but here. They will come up with fraudulent diagnostics to get you to pay a huge bill for things you never needed in the first place. Beware!!

Jordon R I had a great experience, Taylor and Kane in the service center had my best interest in mind. Originally took it in to get a manifold change and the experience from that moment on was truly wonderful. I had true peace of mind that I left with a safe and completed vehicle. My service came first, I wasn’t another number and the concern for me and my truck was top tier. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from a service center. Kane and Taylor I truly appreciate the customer service and recommend anyone that stop to request them if possible.

T Bonnie (Mrs T) Very pleased, especially with advisor Katherine Rojas. She explained everything and although lots of options were offered, she did NOT hard sell me on anything I wasnt ready for today. Waiting time was what I expected and I had no issues with any part of my service. The inspection video by Luis was pretty neat!

Mark-Joseph Leon Scheduled my 2024 Toyota corolla for a service and recall issue. I was told (and shown on the iPad) by the service provider that parts and labor would come to around $220, which I was comfortable with. 5 hours later, I was texted my vehicle was ready and the price was $390. Usually, I get sent an inspection video and informed of the costs but I got nothing. I informed one of the other technicians about not receiving a text and after standing behind her as she checked the computer, I saw that the video and images section for my car was blank, meaning no photos nor videos explaining what was done. Not only was the coupon I showed not applied (despite the technician indicating it was valid at the beginning) but I was charged nearly twice the amount I agreed to at the beginning with no opportunity to decline. This used to be my favorite location because of transparency and communication but this visit and the previous one have not matched the quality of previous times.

Dana Corona Sissons My car needed its 6,000 mile service. Called them up, set my date and time that I wanted, and it was done. Extremely nice service techs and office personnel. I will be using them for all my BMW needs.

Fly 300 Called at 3:30 in the afternoon and there was no answer or answering service.

David Padilla Stopped by to ask for a quote and was lectured by the employee who rather than quoting me, told me just to buy a new seat. They only want your business if you have deep pockets and you wont ask questions. He even told me , "you can find it cheaper somewhere else in SA but it will look cheap to". Well I did and for $165 and it looks amazing.

Phil Sheets We had a scan done on my wife’s car and it showed that an electronic component for the oil sending unit was out. My son, a certified mechanic said he would love to work on it, but doesn’t have the time so we took it to Lesters, the diagnosis went from the $60 component and $300 to change it out to a $600 bill and a new sending unit which I’m sure I did not need. My wife brings the car home and it’s leaking oil all over my driveway. Not only did it take them three days for a simple repair. The repair was not done right. We just pick the car up again hoping it will be done proper this time. I asked a man behind the counter for a reimbursement on the 2 quarts of synthetic oil that I had to purchase to get the car to the shop his answer was that is not my problem my responses you lost the customer.

Clemens W. I have only good things to say about Michael. He has done several jobs on our RV, from toilet all the way to HVAC and skylight repairs. He is not only super knowledgeable and experienced, but also very pleasant to work with. We recently had a broken skylight due to a hailstorm, and Michael was available on short term notice to fix it.

Ray V We had an issue with our electric jack and we couldnt go to our next campground without getting a new one. and we are over 1000 miles from home. My wife made a couple of phone calls. She talked to Michael and he arrived at our camper within 30 minutes, accessed the situation, determined that we needed a new jack. He checked out some area camper stores, found what we needed. He called us with an estimate. We agreed to it and he was back with the new unit. He changed it out and had us back on the road in less than four hours total. And he gave us a military discount. We couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you Michael for great customer service.

What really stood out was the attention to detail — no loose fittings, no rattles, and the engine bay looked as if the intake had been factory-installed. The performance improvement was immediate; smoother throttle response and a noticeable boost in sound and airflow. Eleojo Okeme This is the best auto service Ive ever been to, Pavel is a top high-level quality European mechanic in Texas! I showed my G-Wagon to 3 different auto services, including Mercedes Benz dealership, and they couldn’t find what was wrong with my vehicle but Pavel at Ultracars Auto repair literally diagnosed the problem in half an hour and repaired my vehicle in a short time and with very low price compare to any other Auto service in Texas. Its a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced by a true professional master of his craft! There are no words to describe how happy and grateful I am! Absolute recommendation! Now i will be your regular customer!

James Patton We’ve been to this shop twice in the past couple of weeks for separate issues, and the service has been excellent both times. Luke is helpful, sincere, knowledgeable, and provides outstanding customer service. Jacob handled a much-needed brake repair quickly and correctly. We dropped off the truck later in the day, and he easily could have pushed the work to the next business day—but he didn’t. The entire team seems to work well together. Price was on point. This is the best repair service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Carol Nisbet I called Monday afternoon, spoke to Luke to see if they could fix our Lincoln SUVs windshield sprayer. He said theyd sure take a look at it. (When I arrived, I had a little trouble stepping out of our big SUV due to a pulled leg muscle. A young man named Hagen walked right over & asked if he could be of help, what a gentleman! I got out on my own, but Really Appreciated His Courtesy!) Techs Brian & Hagen first cleaned the hose, hoping it would be a really quick fix. But it turned out to be way more complicated. I was told I may need to set aside a day or a half-day to leave our SUV; but within a few minutes, Felix came to talk to me and said they could get things done if I had a little more time to wait. I said: sure I could wait, but are you sure you can get it done this afternoon? He said, "I am the manager and I am sure." These guys are nice, professional, hard-working, & Very Efficient!! They disassembled then reassembled new windshield washer nozzles, new washer line, washer jets, a new water pump & motor...From the time I arrived to the time I left...Amazing, 1 hr and 15 minutes!! We will go back for oil changes and for any other problems we run into...When they say, Quick Lane, they mean it! Reasonable pricing, Highly recommend! Carol Nisbet

I was actually kind of shocked at how smooth the process was and the level of communication. This location is extremely well run and organized. Had a great experience in dealing with something that can typically be frustrating. CC is lucky to have such a great employee as Alex. Also, my car looked great!

Jaclyn Hanover It was a great experience. My car went in for some repair after a minor fender bender. Caliber took care of the repair and handled the insurance portion of the repair. I highly recommend this business. Customers service was outstanding and answered all of my questions.

Theyve caught (and even repaired free of charge) errors from other shops, they give me options when I have a repair that might stretch my budget a bit, and theyre just good people. These are the guys that you have look at your kids first car to make sure you arent missing anything, and this is the shop youll start to compare the other ones to. Friendly. Honest. Professional.

Joe Man Took my truck (2016 GMC 168,000 miles) in for an alignment and to have my transmission flushed and filter changed. I liked the staff that served me. The shop was clean and organized. I shopped around a bit. Their prices were on par with a dealer. I found places that were less expensive but I didn’t feel comfortable with those place in general. This place obviously serves a high end clientele from the looks of the cars I saw in for service. And that was part of the deciding factor. I am pleased with the work and feel like I received the service I was paying for. I would use them again
