Holly Hollis: Hands down, I had the best experience at Caliber Collision! My vehicle had a leak after my windshield was replaced twice by another company. Two more times that company tried to fix the leak that wasn’t there before. After no luck, I was very apprehensive to continue any business with them and went to Caliber. I was greeted by Jim. Jim, took his time to understand my concerns, educate me on what needed to be done to find the issue, and properly resolve the problem. I am beyond grateful for the excellent customer service I was provided. I’d give him and Caliber 10 stars, if I could.
