He is not only super knowledgeable and experienced, but also very pleasant to work with. We recently had a broken skylight due to a hailstorm, and Michael was available on short term notice to fix it.

5 /5 Ray V: We had an issue with our electric jack and we couldnt go to our next campground without getting a new one. and we are over 1000 miles from home. My wife made a couple of phone calls. She talked to Michael and he arrived at our camper within 30 minutes, accessed the situation, determined that we needed a new jack. He checked out some area camper stores, found what we needed. He called us with an estimate. We agreed to it and he was back with the new unit. He changed it out and had us back on the road in less than four hours total. And he gave us a military discount. We couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you Michael for great customer service.

5 /5 Lee Gildon: Best RV service experience ever! We were stranded in a funeral home parking lot with failed brakes on the RV on a Monday. Nobody else could help us. Michael really came through. He went into town to get the needed parts and worked til he got the job done, around 9pm that night. So not only does he have the experience to run a successful service company, but he went Way Beyond the call. I can’t say enough in gratitude and praise for his work and dedication. You rarely meet someone like Michael, he will not let you down.

5 /5 Jeff Bordelon: I found Michael by chance looking to work the furnace on my RV on site. Michael troubleshot electrical issues and got me going. I then had a hot water heater issue and he advised me to go with a replacement. He did a great job on the removal and install. Definitely recommend!
