Joseph Mosebar The AC in my 2005 F-150 was busted. My father attempted to recharge it years ago but it wouldnt hold. I decided to give this place a chance because I saw the good reviews. First and foremost I love their good and friendly communication. I was able to get an appointment a few days out. They diagnosed and repaired my truck all the same day. The price was about what I expected and very fair. He explained what was wrong with it and what should be improved once he was done with it. My truck is now ice cold AND quieter! Highly recommended.

Carter Holdridge Had them install a black widow exhaust on my 5.3 Chevy. Was able to get in next day and was very reasonably priced. On top of that it sounds awesome!!

B M I made an appointment and still had to wait 4 hours for him to cut off my existing muffler and add 2 ft of pipe and a muffler. I told him when making the appointment I wanted to fix my exhaust leaks and he said he would weld up the existing leaks which he didn’t try to weld up any leaks. When taking off my muffler because it sounded terrible I saw his welds and he actually left me with more exhaust leaks than I originally had. Ended up being a waste of time and money for crappy welds and what looked like rushed work with the time it took.

I was braking down in Seguin and took it to Jp were he was able to show me I had a blown water outlet gasket that was leaking all of the engine coolant. They didnt try to poke my eyes out and say I needed extra parts. They were able to get the part and fix my vehicle in a couple of hours. Showed me my bad part and got me back up and running on the road again at an affordable price. I can honestly say they helped me out at a time when it was definitely needed. Highly recommend this shop!

Chase Von Ach ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE. USES BAD/INCORRECT PARTS AND TAKES ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY WHEN THE SHODDY WORK FAILS. DO NOT HIRE!!! UPDATE: my trustworthy mechanic informed me that all the (supposedly brand new lifters) were in fact old. They did not replace the lifters with new ones despite charging me $2400. I called and he claimed to have a receipt. I said, "Ok send me a picture of the receipt." He then said, "Oh yah Im looking for it but I dont know where its at." This is a con shop. I REPEAT THIS IS A CON SHOP. THEY WILL LIE AND DO THE BARE MINIMUM AND CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I said I would post a review of this and he said he doesnt care.

Christie Dotolo UPDATE: My son has a Smart Start breathalyzer on his car, and last week he had to get it fixed. Turns out, it was breathed into twice by someone at this repair place (Smart Start has a camera that records every breath attempt). This means that whoever was working on his car was under the influence of alcohol! Could explain why they did such a shoddy job. I am posting this review for my son, Jozsef Smith, who does not have a google account. These are his words: DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SHOP. It will be the most expensive mistake youve ever made with a car. I originally went to this place to have my struts and shocks replaced, I had already bought the parts. I chose this place because I needed it done the same day. I called them on a Friday and they told me if I got it to their shop before they open on Saturday they would have it done by the end of the day. They quoted me 299 plus tax for the struts and shocks and naturally I need an alignment after thats done, for that I was quoted 69 plus tax. So I drive there at 4am in the morning on Saturday and put my key in their lockbox before I went to work and got an Uber to work. Whenever they opened, I called them and they told me the alignment would now be 99 plus tax and I wouldnt be able to pick my car up until Monday before they close. I had plenty of obligations that were ruined because of this and I was agitated, I had somewhat of a heated argument with the owner Martin and he basically told me to deal with or come get my key. But I couldnt actually come get my key because his technician with the key didnt show up to work that day! So he knew he had me in the palm of his hand. So I accepted and tried not to upset him further knowing that he could royally mess my car up if he felt like it and thats just what he did. He called me on Monday telling me I need another 1100 dollars worth of repairs- control arms, sway bar links, and tie rods. I reluctantly agreed, and Im sure those parts actually might have needed to be replaced at some point anyways. After I agreed to this he called AGAIN telling me my subframe was loose and there were bolts missing and bolts stripped. I looked into this and the only way that would happen is if the control arms were replaced. And no one else has ever been underneath that car. He also said my motor mounts were broken, which Im 90 percent sure that wasnt the case before I dropped the car off because now my car is making new sounds that it hadnt made before. If all that isnt enough Im more then certain they did not perform an alignment because my wheel is pulling more to the right then it ever has before. When I got back in the vehicle the panel around my steering wheel was still hanging down and my smart start device was hanging down next to my brakes. Moral of the story is this place is not cheaper- they only pretend to be until they have your vehicle, theyre shady and spiteful, and theyre everything negative you hear about mechanics creating extra work for themselves to squeeze every dollar out your pocket. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the AGs office

Jed Rogers I got a really happy granddaughter thanks to Jason! This old disabled vet grandpa is really happy too. Her 2012 Jeep Patriot was in need of some mechanical work. Jason quoted us a very reasonable estimate (I estimated the work required at $300 higher that Jasons). He kept us updated on the progress and had it out the door and ready to roll in a timely manner. The A/C works great as well as the other systems that he repaired. Jason has a great sense of humor too. We all need to humor in these trying times. Thanks for a job well done!

Quinton Bridges I hope this man is out of business by now. Overcharged me for an installation because my 2008 jeep wrangler had an "automatic start setup"... its a manual transmission. How could it have automatic start setup? And then charged me triple the price to "maintain" it.. to top it, the work was terribly done.. DONT GO HERE!

Maria Pallais I recently visited Chris’s shop after making my own repairs and encountering a dash full of trouble lights. Despite being extremely busy, Chris was kind enough to stop what he was doing, take the time to look at my vehicle, and connect the diagnostic computer to it. He quickly diagnosed the issue, suggesting that the new part I installed might have a faulty sensor and recommended reinstalling the original sensor. Although he couldn’t perform the repair himself due to having many other cars ahead of mine, his advice was spot on. I went home, replaced the sensor as he suggested, and all the warning lights on my dashboard went away. Chris’s expertise and willingness to help, even when busy, were greatly appreciated. He’s gained a new customer for life. Highly recommend!

Christina Eastwood Paul is amazing! Was able to come earlier than expected. I was not with the car while he was working on it so he called and communicated every step of the way to make sure I was ok with each step before proceeding. Took videos upon my request and they were on point with what he diagnosed. This saved me the trouble of paying for a tow truck and paying probably an extra $100-$200 a traditional shop would charge. We will definitely be using RGT again and again.
