Tara Lewis Dr. Max was thorough when I visited the ER. The attendant. RN was very thorough as well. They were kind. They really took their time to get questions answered and an understanding of what I was going through. So that’s first and four. Most important that it wasn’t rushed or quick to diagnose or miss diagnose me. I am thankful that my experience was well and that I came out healthy, just like I went in.

Mark Greer I had to visit Total Care on NYE not feeling great. Walked out feeling fine and experienced the best service I have EVER received. The staff was top notch! They were so friendly from the first face I saw to all of the nurses. In the event I or anyone in my family needs an urgent care visit, we will always go to this location. Special thanks to Lynette, Jenn and Kaitlyn. You guys are awesome!

madina sahiby Disappointed with the experience. We arrived early and completed paperwork, only to be asked to redo everything inside—very inefficient. The exam rooms have little to no privacy; you can hear other patients’ conversations. The environment was also noisy. We were told a doctor would see us, but ol nurse practitioner showed up. Overall, it felt like a waste of time. Would not recommend.

DORIS JEAN HARRIS I entered the building and I was greeted very well and helped me tremendously. When I met with Dr. Bapna ,she is so refreshing to have a doctor who is concerned about me as a patient Dr. Banana showed concerned about because I came to office without my potable without oxygen I am so very glad that I chose her as my primary physician. I would refer her and the clinic to anyone who needed a good doctor Mrs Doris J Harris

Ron Ragan Wow! Honestly best experience weve had with both an ER and an ICU. Unfortunately my wife has significant chronic conditions that have resulted in ER visits and ICU stays at most area hospitals. Without question, this was the best experience. Excellent communication and respect from nursing staff, physicians and all support staff. Hope to never need these services again but this will be our destination if that does occur.

Kris Miller I thought I was just sick with the "stomach bug or flu". Well it turns out I was in such a bad shape they got me in and in and took amazing care of me. Didnt judge me just helped me like how ALL ER/Urgent Care should be. Staff was amazing and tender. I will definitely be coming back here over any urgent care who wanted payment up front without even seeing you and denied seeing you.

Kimberly I should have known when they didnt call after receiving our referral from the doctor that the negative experience would continue. I called to schedule and apparently nobody has ever tried to get an appointment with Dr. Shumon Dhar who was under the age of 18. They were all confused and had me on hold for 45 minutes as they went back and forth to try and get an answer on whether he would actually see a teenager. The notes for the referral were not detailed so I had given them further information previously and they said they would pass this to the doctor and call me back so that I didnt have to sit on hold even longer. Well, its been over 2 weeks and Ive heard nothing. If you expect any sort of decent assistance or follow-up this apparently is not the place.

Amukta yarlagadda "I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hospitals staff. I reached out to schedule an appointment with Dr. Mark Peters for MFM consultation. They initially asked me to send my previous medical records, stating that the doctor would review them and decide if he could accept me as a patient. They promised to get back to me within two weeks, but I had to call them weekly for updates. After three weeks, they finally informed me that Dr. Peters was not accepting my case. They suggested I try scheduling an appointment at another location. When I contacted the suggested location, they also asked for my records, saying they needed two weeks to review them. After two weeks, they requested additional old test results. Even after I promptly provided those, they took another two weeks to inform me that the hospital near me was not accepting new patients and referred me to a location over an hour away. This entire process was extremely frustrating and a waste of over two months of my time. The staff showed no empathy or sense of responsibility, repeatedly delaying and leaving me in limbo. Their poor communication and lack of respect for patients’ time are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking timely and compassionate care."

C A culture of medical neglect permeates this place. During my stay I witnessed fellow patients repeatedly given food that they were allergic to or couldnt eat for various health reasons. The social workers were fantastic, but the group therapy sessions often crossed the line into toxic positivity. They also lock your room after breakfast while giving you almost nothing to do. Now heres the worst part. My nurse practitioner routinely confused me with other patients, and even prescribed medication based on indications that I dont have. Im honestly scared for patients who are admitted to this place, because the staff dont know what theyre doing. Its only a matter of time before someone gets the wrong pill.

Tom N. David(social worker) I cannot believe you manipulated me into going to sojourn Center for outpatient care….The only good part of my stay at medical city, mental health and wellness-Frisco were the nurses and Techs! If you care about your loved ones-do not send them to this facility. This was hands-down, the worst experience of my life. I checked myself into a mental health facility due to severe trauma and abuse. The referral received by my social worker (David) from Medical City Mental Health and Wellness-Frisco was hands-down the worst referral ever received for extended care. I willingly went to both medical city as well as Sojourn for outpatient care. Unfortunately, I was lied to and manipulated throughout the process. I’m not one to write many reviews, you can look at my profile. However, Mental health care is extremely important and adults, parents and young kids should be guided in the right direction. When deciding where to go for IOP/PHP care. This was not a safe space. I wouldn’t extensively review a company unless it was absolutely necessary. This is mental healthcare we’re talking about… This is an honest review from an individual that has been through it all. Again, this is purely to help those who are considering outpatient care at Sojourn Center. Reach out to me if you have questions or concerns via google. I don’t want others to go through the same thing. David should be fired for doing this to a patient. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE GOING.
