Ari Nice clean store with personable associates. I was greeted as soon as I entered & offered help. This is a small location & does not have the hair care products I need for my kinky curly hair. I have to drive an hour south for products to do my own hair. I called another Sallys and they should be able to help me.

Amanda Graybill I bought a Hot Tools Professional hair Dryer from Sally’s less than a week ago. I used it twice. You don’t expect it to break on the second use and it did. I threw the box away because we just moved but have my receipt. I called and was told by the manager that it couldn’t be returned because I didn’t keep the box. That’s policy. I will NEVER purchase anything from that company again. I don’t even know how they stay in business. Goodbye Sally’s and your policy!!!

Carissa Ballard As a professional in a small area the closest Sallys is in Kerrville . I love the Sally brand and have used their products for years. Unfortunately the current staff at the Kerrville location are very unprofessional and rude . The products are hit or miss and they never have receipt paper. As a professional who spends alot of money in this establishment it is very disappointing !

love hurts I’m not really want to spend a lot of money on getting a haircut because from past experience, they have always messed my hair up or cannot follow simple instructions as to how I would like my haircut. The lady here at JCPenney’s did a wonderful job. She actually let me ask questions. She talked with me about hair and she was very knowledgeable.

Heather Barber Nadine in the salon is absolutely horrible. I scheduled an appointment online through the JCP Salon website a week in advance. I walked into the salon with my small child in tow 20 minutes before the appointment time. Nadine very callously asked what I needed, mind you she was sitting in a salon chair on her phone. When I told her I was there for my appointment she instantly began arguing with me, stating I didn’t have an appointment. She claimed that either the website messed up my appointment or I did it wrong. She condescendingly asked me if I hit submit. I even tried to show her my confirmation and the event the site added to my phone’s calendar. Instead of trying to come up with a solution she talked down to me up until I left without a resolution.

Brianna Price Got my haircut here. Booked my appointment. When i called to confirm the person who answered the phone was super rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. When I went to the appointment, again, the stylist was super rude. I told her I wanted to go pixie with my hair for summer, which at the time my hair was shoulder length. She made me question why I wanted to cut it that short so i told her. She had a disdainful look, again, like she didn’t want to be there. My haircut was ok. I work in customer service, so attitude is everything to me. Will NEVER be going back. It was horrendous. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

It Is more of a spa like atmosphere which I really appreciate and they are great communicators and make you feel welcome and I was very relaxed and enjoyed The entire experience and their work was excellent. Eva stroup Have been seeing Pamela and I cant explain how much of a blessing she is!! I absolutely LOVE her work! She is quite patient with me as my schedule can be very hectic. So much so that I started to bring my two special needs kids to her too. She does a beautiful job at making them comfortable and helping Them feel like they have a voice in their very own look! She explains the whys and why nots...and what steps are coming up...they have actually gone from fighting and begging to not have their hair cut to looking forward to it!! Something no one else has ever been able to accomplish!! I highly recommend her!!

Donna DiPace Booking an appointment at the BK Cosmo College of Cosmetology for a hair cut, a facial, hair products, & skin care is the best kept secret in Kerrville, Texas! While it may be a school of training for some, I was impressed with the quality professional services available for my hair and skin needs. As the students and stylist at the beauty college are trained and guided by expert teachers, my visit today included a hair cut by Kristi and a Proskin facial. Results for services and products purchased can be seen in attached pictures. Prices for my visit today are comparable, if not far below regular beauty salons and supply stores located in area. Overall, the quality of skincare and haircare products & services are excellent. And, the services received felt as though I was at a five-star salon. Great job!!

Crystal Dean This would be the second time I’ve been here and I thought I would give it another try Because their reviews here are really good. I debated all weekend on leaving a review Because the student who put highlights in my hair was very sweet, but Their limited on what they can do. The student that did my hair was by far the sweetest girl and she did a really good job meaning she took her time which I really appreciate and that’s why I’m so hesitant on leaving this review. The picture I showed is by far from what my hair looks like. My reason for this review is I’m just really upset because having to pay almost $80 and my hair looks just about the same as it took before I went in. It’s just really upsetting on how much I paid. I normally will do my hair myself and spend maybe $30 and be happy with it but I wanted to go get it done for my birthday and I’m just so upset because I don’t much of a difference from what it looked like before I went in and I keep trying and trying to see the difference I’ve washed it a few times because I said after a few washes, it should lighten up I don’t see the difference . Everyone I’ve asked told me it looks the same as before and that I should’ve never gone here ☹️

I had a lot of questions about the lash tint and lift process, and Val was so patient and explained it to me thoroughly and kindly even though it was the end of her workday. Val was so gentle and careful with my lashes and I can trust her with them. I am going back in a month to get a lift and tint and I can‘t wait!!!!!!

Shannon Helmke Valerie is amazing. She took the time to assess my extensions from another place, removed them and then assessed my natural lashes. Her knowledge and honesty is important to me and very much appreciated as my lash health is so important. We both decided it was best to not put a new set of extensions on, but to take a short break while applying high-quality lash serum. She will then reassess my natural lashes and apply custom lashes that will not negatively affect my lash health. I will definitely continue to use Valarie because not only is she knowledgeable, she genuinely cares about your natural lashes. Thank you again to the person who referred me (you know who you are). I definitely feel like I’m in good hands now!

Sheila Bennett I was only customer other than one waiting for her nails to dry. I usually use the one in Boerne which is much better. Pedicure was basically a nail painting without hot towels (2 hot rocks on the side of each calf) no bath scents. no hot water soak. Lady doing my fingernails twisted me from side to side in the pedicure chair and just held my hand while she painted nails rather than waiting and doing at a stable table. Cuticles were not softened and not pushed back on every nail. Looks like a black line circling my nails between nail and curicles. No dryers; just had to wait. Pedicures & manicures are a treat for me and I certainly didnt feel like I had been treated. Worse of all, Im not sure tools were sanitized as they were not in plastic but just on her tray. Wont be going back which is a shame since its so convenient and I am in Kville more now.

silvia fraide Tracy is really good at what she does However, here lately she has gotten sloppy, because she doesnt want to lose customers. She will be working with 4 customers at the same time. Have not been pleased lately. When she first took over the shop, she was amazing. If she gets more help there, I will go return. Otherwise its time to look for a new place.

Savannah Shillings I went in for a regular acrylic set which is priced at $25. I ask a question about the shellac and they assumed thats what i wanted and made me pay for it. Even though thats not what i wanted. Through the nail visit i told the tech that 4 of my nails were crooked and she didnt listen. She only fixed one. And when she cut and filled my nails she di it super crooked and bad. She also said the color i picked out was ugly and "assured" me to get another color. I picked one and the color i put on was much lighter than i wanted. They had 2 techs in there trying to do 3 peoples nails at once and it was ridiculous. My nails are super ugly and i paid for something i didnt want and they didnt care what so ever. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Nathain Moyer They have new owners now that offer 3 types of pedicures , eyelash extension , nail art , and all the waxing for woman I went and had great pedi with hot stones and wax and she removed all my calluses and used hot towels as well if you had bad experience in past def would recommend giving them a try again I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Jessica Davenport Worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. 10 min pedicure where all he did was wash my feet and paint my toes. No massage, no stones, no wax, not even hot towels. I would’ve paid extra to have those things if it was an option, but they didn’t even ask! Didn’t even remove the calluses on my heels. Save your money and time….

Ryan McAlister Wow, such a nice experience my wife and I had here. We got a deluxe pedicure for $40 and it was worth EVERY single dollar spent. It was so relaxing and so professional. The staff was very nice and I appreciated no games were played like at other salons. We picked our service, it was rendered and my wifes nails were painted a very pretty color of her choice. If you are in the area, you must stop here! Such a great shop.

Kierra Valdez Zero stars. Went to get my eyebrows done by this new lady Tiffany that was working and she completely messed up my eyebrows. they are super thin, she left hair on the side and they’re crooked.

A J Rude and always in a rush. Tried to make an appointment and mentioned that I would be getting my nails done and my friend would be getting her toes done so please have us setup where we could sit by each other.. even though we were the ONLY 2 PEOPLE THERE AND THERE WERE 4 PEOPLE WORKING they set us up across the room from each other. Also I got my eyebrows waxed there a couple of years ago and have been trying to get my brows even again ever since. Worst place ever.

Sylvia Guzman I asked for coffin shape and I got all freaking shapes and bumps I understand you don’t have the volume of clients to practice but if you wanna charge the big balla price start stepping up I also got a pedicure it was ok.

Veronica Gonzales Pretty disappointed. I keep going back thinking it’ll be better this time. I just got my nails, chose shilac so my nails could grow without me messing with them, this past Saturday I went and by the next day they were peeling already and Sunday was just a relax/chill day. By today most of them chipped so I just peeled it off because we all know how it gets stuck in our hair and what not. She only put two coats as well and you can still see my nail. They charge you so much and still expect a tip. My cuticles are not even cleaned up. We also where there from 6 to 9

Summer Smith They did an awesome job on my nails as well as my daughters. Every time we get our nails done, my daughter (17) complains that her nails hurt. This time I took her to Fongs, she had no complaints, in fact, she had such a relaxing experience, she almost dozed off. Not only is the staff friendly and very good at their work, the prices are very good too. I would definitely recommend Fongs. I love my ombre French tips.

Julie Reeh Christina did an amazing job on my nails!! I requested an ombré look just with shellac and she nailed it! I tried several places and was continuously disappointed. I will definitely be going to Christina at Fongs from here on out!
