Magi Gallardo Fringe to the rescue! I showed up to the fringe on my WEDDING day in literal tears after original hair and makeup stylists (different salon) had failed to show up to my 9am appointment. Amber greeted me and immediately texted everyone for help so they could get me looking beautiful for my wedding day. Laura and Miranda made magic happen and got me to stop crying and actually start enjoying my day. My hair and makeup came out perfect! Ariel Reed I recently had my hair done by Bethann. I recommend her to anyone. Especially if you have thick curly hair. Or you’re scared of changes with your hair. She explained everything to me as she did it. I usually hate doing anything with my hair bc I lack the confidence and poor hair jobs in the past didn’t help. Also. Everything was reasonably priced. She took her time. And she was super sweet. I went in feeling like a 5. And I left for sure feeling like a ten. All five stars belong to the stylist.

Karen Lewis I have been going to Natalie for 4 years now. I love this salon and have been really happy with the service I have received and every haircut has been what I wanted, or better than I expected. So much so, that both of my daughters (21 and 13), as well as my son (16) see her. I have fine, thin hair and somehow Natalie works her magic to make my hair look great every time I see her. She has also done hair and makeup for special events in our family, like weddings and dances. We wouldnt go anywhere else!

Jessica McGaha This whole business is amazing, clean and so pretty!! The staff is so sweet and friendly, and always keep up conversation. My favorite out of everything is my amazing hairstylist Rachel Hardin! I have had some pretty bad experiences at previous salons, because a lot of places don’t care or make you feel out of place. But this was not the case at all, she is wonderful at her job, ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure you feel beautiful, I know she made me feel that way! She has an amazing personality and you can’t help but be the happiest while in her chair. She will always be sure that you are happy whenever you are ready to go, just to make sure that there’s nothing more that she can do to make your experience even better. I love everything about her, and her work is gorgeous. This whole salon is great. I wish I could give it way more than a 5-Star Rating, I will definitely be back!

Jackie Bags Rachel Hardin is INCREDIBLE. She is professional, talented, and always accommodating. She has taken more time than anyone I’ve ever seen before when it comes to helping me achieve the look I’m going for. She made me feel like a Goddess for my 30th! I highly recommend her and Mint Day Spa. Yes Rachel is amazing, but even the other women and environment she works in just make you feel welcomed and at home. I’m just glad I was finally able to find the hairstylist I was looking for.

Alyssa Beth Mint is my go to salon and I book with Rachel every time! She does a perfect blonde and is so easy to talk to, i always enjoy our appointments and i recommend Rachel to everyone who compliments my hair! Mint has amazing products and the staff is very educated in hair care so it’s been very easy to keep my hair healthy and taken care of. 10/10, always go to Mint and ask for Rachel!!

Gene Kilgore I went to sports clips with an appointment and signed in. I was pushed to an hour later. Tired of that happening. Went to Tres chic on Summerhill got right in and half the price for a haircut and wash. I was very happy, will be returning. Telling all my friends and family. Stacye was great. All of them were very nice.

Kyann Hines Pam is BRILLIANT!!! Bring her a picture and she will do what’s in the picture IF it’s right for your hair in your face. She’s very honest and that is the BEST THING EVER!!! Stephanie Wasson Urban moon salon is amazing! The style is trendy and casual but very professional as well. The stylist are friendly and very knowledgeable. Ashley Derrick does amazing work. Cut, color, waxing, styling… she does a great job at it all. She and her staff are honest about coloring, process time, etc. Ashley won’t provide a service if she knows it will ruin your hair. For this I am beyond thankful! Go give these girls a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Vickie Al-Dubais I have thin hair and for my birthday my daughter bought me micro extensions from Ashley. At our last appointment, Ashley got to put them in for me and I absolutely love them. She colored my hair and then took the time to needed, without rushing, to apply each micro extension. I always look forward to my appointments with her to catch up and come out looking and feeling like a million bucks.

Jessica Stanley Absolutely the best! Karlee McDonald literally is QUEEN OF CUTS! I feel so hyped and my self confidence is always boosted with she does my hair ! I’ve been through every style, hair length and color just about and she has done it all! My hair is still healthy too! unknownguy 801 I came in here to get a haircut and the lady that was doing the cutting was very nice and professional. She talked to me about different topics and even shaved my beard for me which I had been growing for 6 years so it was really out of hand, I really liked how she asked me if I wanted to keep my mustache because I didnt even think of that myself. The price was very reasonable and she had a comfortable seating area for my son to wait at so I could keep and eye on him, will definitely be back if Im ever in the area in the future.

Linda Addison I had a pedicure with Helen. She is absolutely the best and fastest and always pleases. I recommend her to everyone who needs a pedicure or their nails done. She doesnt turn you away but will find time to take care of you. Did I mention perfectionist? Yep!! For sure!

Kreezxil I go here for the pedicures and the occasional mens haircut. Helen Lee the nail salon is a top quality professional that is very good at her job. But rates are competitive you cannot go wrong to use her services. Shana at the door is also very good and gives mens haircuts at a very affordable rate.

Lauren Simmons Warning to my curly girls: dont go here if you have curly hair! Very clear that this is not a place that knows how to style and cut curly hair. When I left the salon I looked like a poodle and a bad 80s perm had a baby. My hair was uneven on the sides and I had to remind her to cut my bangs. I immediately got into my car and started crying. Dont repeat my mistake of going here if you have curly hair.

Jessica Ingram I made an appointment a week in advance. When I got there I asked for a silver blonde (I’m already blonde) and to make sure my face is framed in well as i wear my hair back a lot and most of my gray hair is around my face. A normal salon visit for me is over 4 hours so I was happy when the bleach was in and I was processing in one hour. Moved to the sink where the shampoo process was painful and rough. Then my hair was brushed out in the sink where I’m pretty sure I lost 1/4 of my hair. Mind you I have long hair. Back to the chair I was turned away from the mirror while my hair was dried. I was then turned to the mirror where my cape was removed and I was told I could pay up front. I was not given a mirror to look at the back and was rushed out of there. Then I was told it was $178!!! I was charged for a style for her drying my hair. I’ve never in the 24+ years of getting my hair done paid that price. I’ve got lines, splotches and my color has a slight ashy color but pretty much the same blonde as I had going in. Very disappointed and extremely sick over the money I had to pay. I would not recommend.

New to the Bowie area and I messaged their Facebook page about needing a out of normal appointment because of my work schedule and quickly received a reply back with a stylist that could accommodate me. The Element is a cute shop in Bowie that is welcoming, comfortable and looks like they have lots of services that I need to check out. Karli was amazing! She listened to me about a bad experience that had ruined my hair(out of state salon). Karli made sure I got a beautiful color and that my hair didnt get any more damage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karli to anyone looking for a new stylist in Bowie!!

shawna graves I had the worst haircut done there. They didnt listen. Went back 3 times and the owner or the employee never got it right. I had to finally go to Brittney at lisas studio in Bowie and pay to have them fix it . Save your hard earned money and dont go there. Wishing I could get a refund.
