Seven Peralta Dealer ran a special on Tires and Alignments, so I took advantage of both. I cant believe the difference both made in the handling of my AMG! I have been to other Mercedes Dealers in other states, but MB of Georgetown is the best in my experience!

Mackenzie Sewell Had an oil change done by them as a returning customer. Later to find out the oil filter and pin were not secured or properly placed. This caused a leak and caused our car to lose ability to accelerate and stalled while driving on i35 the next morning. Per upper management we didn’t return our car to their shop because “things happen”, but taking the car to the closest shop was the safest option. The shop that fixed our car stated that the filter was crushed into place and the pin was not secured and we’re lucky it didn’t get sucked into the engine. There are plenty other auto shops to pick from. Their safety measures, honesty, integrity, and training of their employees is extremely concerning and needs to be investigated.

Zachary Bushman Had a blowout on 35 and had to throw a donut on my car on the side of the road. Took my rim straight to Craig’s and they had me fixed up and back on the road with a used tire in literally about 5-7 minutes. Outstanding service, polite and personable staff, and affordable. HIGHLY recommend this place

Kenneth Shonaike Got recommended to this place and went over to get my brakes fixed. I asked for a quote beforehand and Craig specifically told me he would not do any work to the car until he called and gave me an estimate. I got a call hours later that the job was done with more being done to the car than asked. That led to a hefty bill that I was not prepared to pay. Be aware and make sure you set expectations before you leave your car.

Leuyen Do I was recommended by a family friend. I came here for an oil change and few maintenance repair. Kevin was very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. I would say one of the best mechanics in Georgetown. I highly recommend his business for auto repairs and maintenance. He was very professional and kind. ALWAYS support your local family businesses. I will not be going anywhere else.

Roksana Liczbik Kevin is a reliable, skilled/knowledgeable, honest, caring and professional mechanic. Him and his team have always taken a great care of my little oldish Toyota Corolla. There might be some wait time to get in with him but the wait is well worth it as your car will be fixed well, and you won’t be charged for anything you don’t need. I also so appreciate that Kevin’s rates are fair & affordable. Thanks to Kevin’s great work on my car I can rest, knowing I can drive my car for many more years to come. Similarly to other reviewers, I won’t take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend Kevin’s Auto Shop!

Carlton Martin Christian Brothers, I’ve called Georgetown home for several years, and out of habit, we usually take our cars to local dealerships for service. Recently, my niece, who’s studying in Waco, needed her vehicle serviced. Christian Brothers came highly recommended by a family member who’d had a great experience there. After a quick Google search and reading some glowing reviews, I decided to give them a try. Their website was super easy and welcoming, making it a breeze to set up an appointment. When we arrived at Christian Brothers, I was immediately impressed by the warm greeting and the comfortably clean waiting area—plus, there were cookies! The service manager was ready with my appointment details, took my keys with a smile, and I relaxed (trying to resist the cookies!). The mechanic promptly brought the vehicle into the bay, and I appreciated seeing him carefully videotape the car before starting service. These folks really know what they’re doing! The service was finished right on time, just as promised, and the price (always important!) was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!

Michelle Vautherine I had a tricky problem with my vehicle. The CBA members worked very hard to identify and repair my truck. I definitely recommend this repair shop. Everyone was nice and polite. Extra care was given to get me “back on the road”.

Jessica Wright Im so Happy I came here. Addy was my service advisor and she was Great! She communicated every update there was on my car and she is also very knowledgeable which I appreciated so much. Customer Service was also great! Now I wish I could personally thank every person that worked on my car cause oh boy my car was bad. They all did an awesome job and I was so happy with the results, my car looks brand new! I was also worried about the paint job, but was very impressed on how perfectly they matched up the color. Kelly Welch Adelina was my service advisor on my Progressive claim. She communicated well, set proper expectations and maintained great energy on drop off and collection. She has an exciting personality that makes one feel a little less stressed about vehicle damage. I’d say she’s certainly charming. Everything was repaired sooner than expected. While it costed more than I thought. Addy called me before proceeding so that she could discuss why exactly that was. They had found a damaged temp sensor and it needed replaced. I had access to progress via a link they texted me. I spent very little time waiting for anything at the location. All of the staff were friendly. They remembered my name, shook my hand and did good work. You get what you pay for in the Austin area. I’d recommend paying for the quality option.

Elizabeth Farley As a small business owner, I understand the importance of reviews and I do not write this lightly but when the safety of my family is in question I must speak up. My 2019 Subaru Forester was serviced at this location approximately three weeks ago and one of the services performed was to replace the thermo control valve, an extended warranty part and known high failure part. Last week, while driving to a work function in San Antonio with my husband and four-month-old daughter, the smell of gas filled the cabin of my car so quickly and so severely that we decided to exit the highway in an attempt to safely pull over. While sitting at a red light after exiting, we heard a loud boom in the engine bay and immediately saw flames coming up over the hood. Thankfully we were able to safely exit the car and stand on the side of the road with my baby as the flames grew to 10 feet in the air and three more subsequent explosions occurred. Subaru has since not done anything to help me obtain a loaner vehicle, they indicated they would do their own investigation but after an initial phone call I have not received an update. It is disappointing that a company that promotes family values and safety measures has done so little to help my family that was put in extreme danger by either a mechanical defect or human error. I want to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. Update to include the dealership has provided a loaner vehicle as a first step in coming to a resolution for me and my family.

Betsy King In September of 2024 (this month) I was charged $400+ to have something not fixed. First I asked about it at a regular service appointment. The car was looked at, and two employees agreed to what was needed: a new cowl. Its the piece that runs beneath the wipers and flush with the windshield. I was told they could not order it at that time, but that they would call me when they could. I get a call a week later. The part has been ordered. I call back, and Im told that I cannot schedule to have the part replaced because they dont know for sure that it is the right part. She said I had to bring the car in again, and have it looked at again. She could not promise the part would not be already put on another persons car. So I take my car back. Absolutely nobody goes out to look at my car. A man at the service counter asked me if I know my vin. Um, no, it isnt memorized. But I bought my car here, and PS, its right outside. He has me pull my insurance up online to get my vin. Then he goes to the back. Guess what. The part is there, and with my name on it. But I still have to make an appointment for the work because they cannot do my it at that time. He doesnt know why I could not make the appointment over the phone. After I get the repair done, I go to pick up my car and....it isnt done. So Im I have to leave it another day. I go back the next day, and the part is obviously not well attached, but Im frustrated and I need my vehicle. One week out, and it looks like NOTHING has been done. Its 3/4 detached. Im honestly not convinced they even put the new part I paid for on the car. They have no documentation stating what was wrong with the original part. Edit: The service team reached out and agreed we deserved a refund. They acknowledged that they should have recognized that this replacement/fix was not going to be possible upon first inspecting the problem, and so I should have not been charged for the part and scheduled for replacement/time/labor costs.

Nanci Patch This place is wonderful. They have done several jobs for me and at a very reasonable price. Mauricio is always kind and helpful. Customer service has been impeccable so far.

Will Storbeck They were extremely quick and helpful to help me diagnose a problem with my car as I was passing through from out of town. Honest and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jay Trainor Ive been using Alan for thirty-five years and Brian since he joined his dad. I keep coming back because they are the most honest and fair priced auto repair shop bar-none. They are not only exceptional at what they do but just good people. The only time Ive had to return for follow up was well over 20 years ago when a rebuilt brake cylinder part went out. Alan said hed used a rebuilt part to save me money, (I had two teens then). When I returned Alan had installed a new part and said I own nothing. He said Id been using him for 13 years and he appreciated the support. I told him then, he had a customer for life and I havent regretted it since. Today, I took a sons car in for mechanical work. When I got home I noticed Alan or Brian had refitted some body work that was somewhat out of place. Again, its just the kind of extra kindness one would hope for. Gregors hasnt changed their quality or value compared to other shops and especially dealers. Dont let the name fool you. They work on domestic and foreign vehicles. 7/8/2020

Cherilyn Hack Gregor Imported Car Repair handled all of my Honda cars and the few trucks I owned while living in Texas. I was visiting from Nevada and scheduled to have my oil changed while in town. Both the father and son have always explained why work is necessary and allowed me to decide if I could do it then or schedule for a future visit.I have been unable to find as good a place to take my current Honda, as I had with them for so many years. Recommend others give them a try and find out there are people who still do good work, for a fair price, the first time.

David B. Was looking for somewhere to take my car after it broke down. Im new to the Georgetown area. Read the wonderful reviews made my choice to come. They are true! James was kind and wonderful to work with. Very quickly isolated the problem and provided insight as well. Left me with things to look out for and keep an eye on which was much appreciated. He even fixed some of the buttons in my car that were fading. I didnt even notice till the next day. Will definitely be returning for any future needs!

Brian Bagwell James drained my AC system of Freon so I could do some work on my truck. All the other local shops wanted hundreds of dollars to do this but James did it for a really fair price. He even gave me some good tips on the repairs I’m doing myself. Good, honest, fair mechanic. I’ll definitely go back with any car issues I may have. Thanks James!

Michael Johnston Excellent establishment. High quality used cars all in top AA1 condition. If they dont have the vehicle u are looking for on their lot, they will source multiple specs for u to choose from. I wanted a rare C43 AMG Mercedes. They had 3 for me to choose from. I choose the one with tuxedo black interior with a metallic silver finish. Over the years I had them upgraded my AMG. I wanted H&R springs to lower it 2.5 inches. They paired them with bilstein shocks. High quality craftsman level technicians. So my newly lowered and aligned Benz was now sitting pretty. Absolutely no issues after the work was completed. Not a single pop or ping from my new suspension. Strong work!!

Glen Barrett Came in for an oil change and tires and was pleasantly surprised that the wait wasnt long at all, even though they were clearly busy. Joey and his team worked diligently to ensure that I felt like a priority and not just another number on a list. They were knowledgeable and friendly while helping me decide what tires were going to serve me best based on my vehicle and the way I drive. I wish i could give them more than 5 stars!! 100% will be back!!

Donnie Hughes Joey had been a go to for me for 2 decades! No matter which store hes at, his Team is always up to task. Just took a new to me diesel with 100K on it, and he and his tech walked me through what was important to follow on the maintenance schedule for that truck. Within an hour or so all work was done, more importantly done correctly. Its been 2000miles and not a single fluid leak or anything. If you want or need good experienced Technicians, ability to make Appointments(make sure you get confirmation, especially last minute apps. Thats the app not Joey or the store..Firestone Georgetown is where to go. I drive up there from N Austin for that level of service.

Lucy Ramos We called for a tire change with my spare. They charge 100 which they said it would go towards labor. When he got here the quote said 305.00 I called and they said was for driving time. RIPP OFF, they took my 100 and did not do the work Be careful don’t call them

Jose Ramon We replaced a windshield from T,s auto. But after a few days, it starts cracking from inside of edge. Cracking get bigger... but Ts auto saying they use other independent worker for this and ask me to contact him directly and personally. We complained I made reservation with Ts auto and Ts auto never said that they use independent workers from the market place... People better use independent repairs or other company. No warranty no responsibility and they just say they have to fix... we paid more lost more finally just lost money and time...

T N Work done was fine. But Ill never go back. The guy behind the counter did not greet me, he did not welcome me or anything. He was a fast talker. He did not thank me for my business. When I arrived, he and a mechanic were speaking with each other and neither of them looked at me and I was the only one in the waiting area. They spoke for 3 or 4 minutes and never did they look my way until they were done with their conversation. The counter guy could have welcomed me and taken my car keys and began my process which was just getting emissions testing, and then continued his conversation which was a discussion that did not sound urgent at all. It could have been but it galls me that a customer is standing right there and two men did not even look my way. They were very rude. Ill never go back and Ill tell everyone I know why I wont. Plus it was hot as hell in the lobby. At least there was free bottled water.

Curtis Petrik Super nice people! Just a very disappointed with the quality. The exhaust has several dents and very odd sizes in diameter throughout the piping, a little odd it wasn’t the same diameter throughout the whole pipe they made. I guess it still works though!

Melissa Wood I decided to try out this auto shop. Immediately I found myself annoyed by the female clerk from the start. On the phone she was rude setting up my appointment and even more so in person when I got there and paid for a diagnostic test. No ppl skills whatsoever and very unprofessional. The clerk told me I had to leave my truck for a long stay, which turned out to be two days without transportation. When the truck was ready Jason emailed a quote to me instead of calling me that day before they closed. Their quote was nearly 1200.00 to replace a thermostat. I decided to come get my truck for another opinion. When I walked in there was a veteran talking to Gene. Gene had no problem saying said thank you for your service to the nice navy veteran gentleman right in front of me but failed to say that to me after I had told the staff that I was a veteran as well and my plates even had navy on them. You say you back veterans but is that only the males that pay? I was offended not only by the rude female clerk that had a chip on her shoulder but for the way Gene made me feel, like women veterans aren’t important and I don’t need your business. Needless to say I will be taking my money and truck elsewhere! Thank goodness I found another shop that charges half of what Genes does. I don’t know why ppl decide to stay at a job they don’t like. Attitude is everything and as a new patron paying good money i don’t need your anger issues put on me. Your customers are already overwhelmed by major repairs that they have to shell out money for. They don’t need the attitude on top of that! I would rate a 0 but not an option.

Efrain Dragustinovis Valdez I took my 2015 Mazda CX9 for it’s 150k miles to Gene’s for service, they did an exhaustive inspection of what needed to be changed, adjusted and repaired, they suggested what was needed and nothing else. Professional work, honest and friendly service at fair prices, they offer free rides within some miles radio.

Devan Sharma I am so glad I found H and H. They not only took care of my sons car, but also treated us like family. They even took the time and taught my son how to do much of the work himself. It was more than just work on the vehicle, but to step in as a community member to help a kid, teach, and take the time to oversee the work. Really amazing people at this shop, I would recommend them to anyone, as well as anyone with classic cars (hard to find nowadays). They really know what they are doing and more than anything have heart and love Georgetown.

Ive been here 3 times now for different things, and they always take care of me and make sure I feel looked after and cared for. They even went so far as to stay after hours to make sure my vehicle was up and running so I could drive home that day. You wont regret going to this place!
