5 /5 Leland Cline: A long five month wait on everyone else until I found doctor Donepudis office. They all were pleasant and responsive. The hard work and dedication to me as a patient proved to get me help within days. If not for Dr. Donapudi and her staff I would still be in despair.

5 /5 Joe Melvin: Its a wonderful experience every time I call or visit Dr. Donepudis office. The ladies at the reception desk are polite and welcoming. Dealing with Debbie in the scheduling department is a joy every time I call and Ill usually at least try to stop by her office to say hello if Im there. Dr. Donepudi is very professional and caring to her patients. She can also be fun to joke with once you get to know her. She even came and checked on me while I was in the hospital for another issue. Five stars all the way!!!

1 /5 juliette guerrero: I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review but as someone in the medical field this was my worst visit to date. I know people have bad days but not even on my worst day I would be this way. She looked like she did not care. She walked in the room said “so what’s wrong with you” I told her she invalidated my symptoms. Gave me medication for a symptom I’m not even experiencing. Then said call if it works. Recommended I do an EGD, with no explanation. Even though a colonoscopy seemed much more appropriate for my symptoms. It was a 3-5 minute visit. Only staff member who was wonderful was Debbie the nurse. She was the nicest and most caring person there, and she only scheduled my EGD.

5 /5 Alexa Valdez-branske: The staff is very nice and very accommodating when needing to schedule an appointment or even a procedure. Dr. donepudi is a very sweet doctor and very thorough. I had been having the same issues for years before I finally decided to come and see a gastroenterologist office. She took her time in the patient room with me and talked me through everything and all possibilities of what my issue was or what was causing it. She gave me medication to try and see if it helped, which it did btw! When I called to get my results from testing I had done the front desk was very nice and helped me get a message to the nurse as they were busy with patients at the time. The nurse then called me back at the end of day, which the front desk informed me she would. The nurse was very thorough and explained everything to me which if I say so myself, it put my mind at ease. I was very pleased with my all my office visits, and all the staff! Couldnt recommend this doctors office more! Please ignore all the negative comments and take a chance on this office, and form your own opinion! You never know, it could work out the same for you as it did for me:)
