1 /5 Bricker Pamela: The dark haired, heavy set woman covering the check-in for imaging is the worst at customer service Ive ever experienced. She was so busy gossiping that it took her 5 minutes to ask me if I needed help. After that she acted as if checking me in was an inconvenience. Shes been there for a few years and hasnt gotten any better at working with people. She needs a position that requires her to move around and not deal with the public. Theres an issue every time I go there and she checks us in. SMH...just because someone shows up for work every day doesnt mean theyre good at their job.
