She explained in detail the work that was required and the cost for parts and repairs. I called numerous shops for quotes, Hill Country was by far the most reasonable. The dynamic displayed between her dad and her was so sweet to witness. I intend on making them my go to shop.

Chris Chessher I needed to get my 2014 Ram 2500 4WD aligned and Javier (Service Advisor) and Jesse (Tech) both did a great job helping out before I took my truck out of town on a trip. They were fast and efficient; the whole process took only an hour and a half and they called me when they were finished. Overall great experience! Highly recommended service provider!

Trust Palmer Its hard to find an honest mechanic, with integrity, high quality of work, and at a great price. But John Stallings is that diamond in the rough! My whole family takes our cars to John, and I recommend him to all my friends. If you need dont know anything about cars (or you do) and need a mechanic that fits the above criteria, congratulations, you just found him. Please dont retiring any time soon, John. There needs to be more mechanics like you. Update 6/24/24: John is still as awesome as ever! I dread the day he retires.

Stuart Leija We needed an oil change for the truck, and weve also been looking for a good mechanic, and I saw Bradys had excellent review,s, so I called and they were able to get me in same day for an oil change. Mark from Bradys was very friendly and professional and offered free check up, and once completed, he fully explained the results. Most things were good, but some things probably need addressing and he showed the evidence and asked about previous maintenance from carfax. I never got the feeling like I was being upsold, just seemed like I was getting the facts. I couldnt get anything else done that day, but definitely plan on going back, hopefully will have more good reviews to leave in the future.

joe switzenberg Jacob called to schedule after my body shop hired him to reprogram my Toyota. He was considerate of my schedule, very flexible, arrived when he said he would and was very friendly. When he got there, he figured out that we lived in an area that was not very level, so He had the presence of mind to suggest that we move the car to a level spot so he could accurately calibrate it. He even noticed that there were some trim fixtures missing and went to his truck and got them and fixed what was missing. When he hooked up his computer to the car he realized that there was a plug that had not been re-plugged and he crawled underneath the car and plugged it in. Then he calibrated the car, and then he reset the calibration of the passenger seat because it was a safety issue. He went above and beyond and did an excellent job.

Holly Hollis Hands down, I had the best experience at Caliber Collision! My vehicle had a leak after my windshield was replaced twice by another company. Two more times that company tried to fix the leak that wasn’t there before. After no luck, I was very apprehensive to continue any business with them and went to Caliber. I was greeted by Jim. Jim, took his time to understand my concerns, educate me on what needed to be done to find the issue, and properly resolve the problem. I am beyond grateful for the excellent customer service I was provided. I’d give him and Caliber 10 stars, if I could. Roz Moran I was visiting the area and had scraped my passenger door against a retaining wall resulting in my passenger door being unable to be opened. I brought my car to Graham’s hoping for a quick fix just to be able to open my door until I could get home and take it to a body shop. Despite walking in without an appointment and requesting on-the spot assistance, they were gracious and helpful. One of the technicians grabbed a tool and within 2 minutes made adjustments so my door could open again. He refused to charge me a dime. Good people!

Pam Bell Graham’s Collision was recommended to me and now I’m telling everybody what an awesome job they did! Superior customer service, excellent follow through and communication. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do…. I’ll take it to Graham’s!!

MJ F Price was right and the quickness they could do the work was right. It went downhill from there. They took forever (months) to get the work done, and did a very poor job at that. There was missed areas and overspray that was not cleaned up. Actually, they should properly removed or taped off the insulation around the door, but didnt. Another big issue was they would never call with updates, nor answer their phone. We would have to email them to get a call back. I would never recommend, nor use them, again.

cody Romsa IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD I brought the service dept 15k in business directly from my personal vehicle. And multiple people and things have gone south let’s start off with Linda de la Cruz. Service rep. Assigned to at first she seemed lovely a very nice kind lady. But that all went out the window when my car was finished It was supposed to of had front cv axles replaced, all fluids changed, sun roof repair full interior exterior detail center console replacement and some other misc stuff , I picked it up late afternoon and was mistakenly in a rush to get home after a long day of work and she is bugging about a 5 star review like cmon lady you shouldn’t have to ask for stuff like that. Anyways I rush out of there because I’m tired and want to get home and I get up to highway speed and immediately notice my sunroof is hissing and not seated correctly, I though that’s odd let me open it and close it… opened it and the air diverter FLEW OFF!!! I took the car back and they refused that they had done anything wrong and that the mechanic on my car was the best in TEXAS. She basically turned into a child arguing and swearing up and down that they had nothing to do with it and that she wouldnt just warranty the crappy work they did on my sunroof and wanted me to pay, after arguing and slightly blowing a fuse she said would warranty the work under the condition I get A BUNCH MORE WORK DONE WITH them. Blackmailing me into paying more so she will warranty he techs crap work. so I took the car to Mercedes Benz of San Antonio they called and explained that the sunroof was installed completely incorrect. And that the rails would need replaced again. Great, well they charged me but they got me right and where very apologetic for the sub par experience Mercedes Benz of Bourne.

Leah Isalover Hector told me I needed a brand new transmission (that it cannot be a used one) and gave me crap about it when I wanted it towed somewhere else for a second opinion. He said it would be around $8,000. I’m a woman so this happens to me all the time. Well, thank god I got the second opinion bc nothing was wrong with my transmission! I wish there was some way to protect us women from getting ripped off like this. It’s a shame.
