5 /5 Roz Moran: I was visiting the area and had scraped my passenger door against a retaining wall resulting in my passenger door being unable to be opened. I brought my car to Graham’s hoping for a quick fix just to be able to open my door until I could get home and take it to a body shop. Despite walking in without an appointment and requesting on-the spot assistance, they were gracious and helpful. One of the technicians grabbed a tool and within 2 minutes made adjustments so my door could open again. He refused to charge me a dime. Good people!

5 /5 Pam Bell: Graham’s Collision was recommended to me and now I’m telling everybody what an awesome job they did! Superior customer service, excellent follow through and communication. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do…. I’ll take it to Graham’s!!

1 /5 MJ F: Price was right and the quickness they could do the work was right. It went downhill from there. They took forever (months) to get the work done, and did a very poor job at that. There was missed areas and overspray that was not cleaned up. Actually, they should properly removed or taped off the insulation around the door, but didnt. Another big issue was they would never call with updates, nor answer their phone. We would have to email them to get a call back. I would never recommend, nor use them, again.

5 /5 EA Basinger: This is the most honest and transparent company I have ever dealt with. They were upfront from the very begining about current challenges and delays their industry is experiencing. Even though the repairs took a little longer then anticipated, their repair work was impeccable. They fought with insurance to get my vehicle repaired correctly. I appreciate and recommend this company to everyone.

2 /5 Gli Glforgame: Incredibly piss poor service however workmanship was satisfactory. Car interior was filthy when returned to me and the cars SD card was missing. Cost me $1,200.00 to replace it. Additionally a howling noise now comes from the rear wheels. These people do not answer the phone. They admitted this to me saying not all calls were important enough. I’m having to take the car to the Lexus dealer to correct everything. Stay away from this repair center!!!
