Fortunately they convinced me to get the wife rings even though I was only there to get a tennis bracelet. Lucky for me my books helped me fund this, makes me feel quite invincible…

5 /5 Monica F: I am going to be honest I didn’t know what to expect before arriving because I did read over the reviews so I was nervous because I was arriving 12 minutes before closing. When I arrived Rebecca was so helpful and another staff member who overheard what I was looking for was helpful as well. I didn’t feel rushed or any negative feelings when I told Rebecca that I changed my mind about a charm, she was very patient and friendly. Thank you Ladies. I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.

Came in for just a cleaning the other day, which is only Monday-Thursday for anyone wondering and these ladies chatted with me the whole time! Very Very friendly faces and each and everyone one of them greeted me and made me feel so welcome. Thank you to the two young ladies I forgot their names with dark wavy hair and the one with straight black hair but you were the sweetest! I definitely recommend coming here for all your needs and wants I promise these ladies will give you the best customer service and the best experience I will most definitely be coming again! I was pretty nervous to show up with these reviews, but I was so happy leaving.

1 /5 Juliet Thrush: They aren’t doing cleanings because it’s Mother’s Day?? That’s really unfortunate. I wanted to wear my bracelet for Mother’s Day but since the jewelry tarnishes so easily I needed it cleaned. I probably wouldn’t have purchased a bracelet with over 11 charms if I would’ve known how crazy the upkeep is and how easily the jewelry tarnishes. Shame. Hope this helps someone making their decision to purchase.
