I went to a large company store first (Im on a budget, as we probably are all are right now). I WAS NOT GREETED by the two door greeters they were talking amongst themselves. Went to the mens work boots and was searching I had boots boxes all around me SERIOUSLY SEARCHING!!! A number of employees walked passed and looked but did not ask if i needed help or offer assistance. But I was greeted as soon as I walked in to Boots N Britches. And the gentleman that greeted me came to my assistance soon after I was looking. He was AWESOME!! He asked me what I was looking for and immediately went to the backcto see what they had. Brought me exactly what I needed!! It was a bit over my personal budget but I could make it work with that kind of customer care!! LOVE IT!! I wish now I would have asked his name so I could give him a shout out. But... If this company shares reviews with their employees. It was first thing in the morning and I was looking for size 10.5 wide width lace ups!! Hopefully you get the recognition for that sale because ifcyou hadnt helped me I would have walked away!! Thank you kind sir!!

Jacob Buse: It’s been something of a tradition for years now that I buy my wife something nice from James Avery to commemorate her accomplishments and our milestones together. She loves the products. Still, I get pretty tired of the smug, condescending, and unhelpful staff that work this location. Something as simple as getting a charm attached to a bracelet is almost always met with eye rolls and reluctant assistance. We don’t put people out and hardly ever ask for help, and yet we’re routinely treated as an inconvenience by the staff. I’ve worked retail and can sympathize to a degree, but the disrespect is truly unwarranted. Don’t want to be there? Then don’t be there. Why choose to work a job and act miserable for hours on end?

Seth Jordan: I really liked this place when it opened, the staff was a lot friendlier and actually made you feel welcomed. When I recently went in for my bracelet to get cleaned there were two woman behind the counter, one older and one much younger. The younger woman was very polite while the older one was very snarky as well as extremely judgmental. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a man that wears a pandora bracelet or if she’s just miserable. While I was waiting a girl had come in to ask the older woman if there was anything she could do to get the right bracelet length since she had ordered it online and gotten the wrong size. New bracelet mind you, this lady told her to go to a jewelry repair store to see if they could add to it! Surely there was something she could’ve done to help the girl but no she sent her away. As I waited for my bracelet I received it back a jumbled mess and looking hardly touched.. I took it as it was since i had to get going for work, but even as I waited and took one last glance at the charms that I had been looking at the entire time! The older woman asks “Do you need help putting on your bracelet sir.” I will not be visiting if she’s there. I’ve purchased multiple charms from pandora’s all around the US and have never felt like I didn’t belong.
