Mitchell McRae Store had two customers browsing and three employees. I walked in with my two children to pick out Mother’s Day presents for my wife. Once we walked in we were immediately turned away by the rep at the door and told sternly to exit. She stated I would need to give my information and be placed on a waiting list to enter. She was speaking with a customer at that time and I assumed a purchase was being finalized. I was in retail sales for over 15 years at a car dealership and did very well. I do not understand why anyone would give information (name, phone number, email) to enter a store just to look at a product. Bad business practice. All future Pandora items will be ordered online. I don’t prefer doing that as I like to see the item in person before I buy it, but it is a much less invasive approach.

This is their smaller store and it still impressed me. Many fine pieces of gold, silver, platinum, and more in various varieties such as bullion, industrial silver, and minted coins old & new. I’m a coin enthusiast being a history lover. I enjoyed every mini was there! The owner is extremely nice and told me about his other location. Can’t wait to go check out all the historical coins they have. They are very honest and will not take advantage of you like other places. I highly recommend stopping by and give them a chance. Do what I did and get offers from 2 other buyers and then take it there and you’ll be pleasantly surprised with their payout!
