5 /5 Adam Molina: Good business all the way around, I always come to them with any of my jewelry needs.they fixed my dads watch that was passed down to me that hadn’t been working for a few years, sized two of my rings, soldered a pendant onto a bracelet I had bought from them previously. You can even watch as they clean your jewelry.. haven’t been to any other jeweler since I’ve been here.

1 /5 Jessica Hernandez: Its the worst place. Unprofessional both Father and son; asked to have my daughters ring size bigger from a 7 to a 9 and the Father made it a 6. I asked to have it fix correctly and wanted to charge me more. Blamed me and my daughter for his mistake. Do not go there.

The purchase of both would have been around $350 plus.The sales clerk chose to ignore us, and we waited patiently. We finally decided to leave after being ignored. I am not sure if it had to do with us being younger, but it felt that way. At the end the couple she helped purchased nothing. Maybe next time, be more aware. I did purchase a necklace outside of the case. I returned it immediately because it was broken. I wish the sales clerk would have been more attentive.

Jacob Buse: It’s been something of a tradition for years now that I buy my wife something nice from James Avery to commemorate her accomplishments and our milestones together. She loves the products. Still, I get pretty tired of the smug, condescending, and unhelpful staff that work this location. Something as simple as getting a charm attached to a bracelet is almost always met with eye rolls and reluctant assistance. We don’t put people out and hardly ever ask for help, and yet we’re routinely treated as an inconvenience by the staff. I’ve worked retail and can sympathize to a degree, but the disrespect is truly unwarranted. Don’t want to be there? Then don’t be there. Why choose to work a job and act miserable for hours on end?
