They always try to give me fair prices, they shout me straight and even help me carry things from time to time when I have brought something in that was heavy and had my daughter with me. They give great customer service and are always knowledgeable and informative about why or why not they buy something. Very kind hearted people, everyone I have had an interaction with at either store had always been very helpful as well, but those three are my favorites!

Davina McKee 5-14-25 6:45 pm went in to look for a charm bracelet for graduation gift. The James Avery clerk I Dillards was too busy leaning on the Counter and popping her gum. Not once did she come over and ask if there was something we were looking for. Had to call her three times just to ask about a charm. Very lazy and horrible customer service. Went to Pandora and spent $550 there.

Ashleigh Brindley I bought jewelery from here and 2 months and 1 day exactly from purchase came in because the stud on a 500 dollar pair of earrings broke on the first time trying to wear. They wouldnt let us return it and got very angry and rude with my husband for being upset that less than 24 hours meant we couldnt do anything about a first wear broken set of earrings. And a the ring I bought is severely tarnished and discolored after only 2 months and they again told us sorry no we cant help you.
