Andribeth Alvarado I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from one of your employees named Julian, a blonde woman. Every time I have visited the store, her attitude has been negative, as if she is bothered by having to assist me. On this last visit, I came to buy a gift for my mother, and once again she was rude and arrogant. I asked to speak with the manager, and she told me there wasn’t one available, which I find disrespectful toward customers. I am a loyal Pandora customer, and this is the first time I’ve felt uncomfortable shopping at one of your stores. I believe customer service should reflect the prestige of your brand, and I hope this situation will be addressed accordingly.

Joanna Diaz My only complaint is that employees need to be properly trained on how to communicate with clients, especially over the phone. As well there needs to be more transparency with clients. When we went in person the owner went out of his way to make sure that we left satisfied with our purchase although it was not what we initially wanted. I had previously made purchases and never had this issue before and I hope it’s that way moving forward being that I am a returning client.

Jonathan Warner Coco and her team were amazing! They worked with us to come up with a custom engagement ring design that was within our budget. The ring came out incredibly and the entire process went smoothly. We are planning on using them for our future jewelry purchases!

Erika Iruegas Claudia and Diana helped my mother customize her own diamond EXACTLY how she wanted down to a T. To our surprise the price was way better than what we were expecting to pay, Claudia kept us updated on everything along the way. The 5ct oval cut was way more beautiful than what we even imagined, and picking out the diamond made our experience way more meaningful. Thank you Claudia for Informing us about your Diamond Event yall were having so we could find the perfect setting for it and all sized in the same day and letting us be a part of it made it even more sentimental , Claudia is amazing will help you out with any questions you have if you have no knowledge on jewelry, very trustworthy and will keep my business with her, they are the way to go. Could not recommend a better place. These picture do not do this beautiful diamond justice.

Carl Saxon Allen Jewelers did an outstanding job repairing my titanium watch band for my Garmin watch. I had taken it somewhere else and they told me it needed substantially more work. Allen Jewelers repaired it quickly without any issues. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
