5 /5 Tim Collins: Zoe was very friendly and observant. I was near her department, she asked right away if I needed help, found someone that could help me in the department I was in. I needed to return an item purchased online, she helped the employee to complete the return. Great Employee!

4 /5 Michael Kiefer: This is not an upscale store, which is fine. The prices are good, and we found just the size we needed in the Levis jeans. The wait for checkout wasnt too long, considering they clerks had to help someone that needed more attention on her order. The checkout clerk we had was warm and caring, making us feel very welcomed.

2 /5 CIM: "Above water" clothing store, just like the Sears and KMart stores, dont see these lasting too long. Especially because of the customer service! None in sight, had to hunt for a cash register and attendant. This is a two story store, tried to use elevator to 2nd floor, NO notice advising for "Employees Only. " Suddenly this man comes running saying there was nothing on the second floor .. really a sign should have been placed stating do not use! Who knows where he went.. again no cashiers in sight..

2 /5 Karla Grissom: In order to return an item you have to stand in the long line with the checkouts. This is crazy. There is someone helping the few online orders she should also be able to process returns. Forgot why I don’t shop here. Remembered!!

5 /5 Heather Jackson: I came here with my daughter to find her a dress for a dance. The lady working there was super helpful with helping us look for all items needed and she was friendly and a great conversationalist.
