5 /5 Spencer Wagley: I went to shop for my wifes Valentines present and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store and the sales associate took the time to show me around and help me with my selection. They had a sale buy 3 get 3 free and she let me know that this was going on. Over all it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

5 /5 Mi Nguyen: My friends and I got our ears pierced here. Melissa hands down did an amazing job! She did it quick and painless. She was kind and funny to talk too. She definitely gave me and my friends a memorable experience. Truly the greatest customer service Ive ever received! Melissa you are awesome :)

1 /5 Stacie: I go in this store alot, spend alot of money here and the ladies are very nice but a few days ago I went here and the only lady working was very rude I almost left and didnt get what I went there for. She first of all didnt say anything was to busy on her phone, then she kept giving me nasty looks and watching/following me like I was gonna steal something. Then when I asked for her help she didnt wanna help me and was very rude about it. Well never go here if shes working again!

5 /5 Vincent Wilmore: Went in for re-piercing. The assistant manager was very helpful. She explained the process, sanitized the area beforehand. The cost to get it done was reasonable. Thank you Icing. If you want piercings done this is the place get it done.

5 /5 Tonya Crawford: Sharinda at the Parkdale Mall in Beaumont is an awesome Employee and should be recognized for it. At 8:35 I went into the mall to bring back some shoes but unfortunately the only store in the entire mall that was still open was icing. The mall is not supposed to close until 9 PM and Sharinda was the only one out of all the stores in the mall that did as she was supposed to do and stay open until the 9 PM closing time. Not only was she doing as she was supposed to be doing, She also was a very polite girl and great at sales because she sold me a nose ring even though I had no intentions of buying one . This employee needs a bonus seriously!!! Thanks, SharindA!!!
